However, upon finding Carter Carpets, I was nearly instantly wowed. You won't find owners who are nicer or care more about the job. They gave us a start date that fit our schedules and the crew that came out was amazing. They were quick and thorough, made an effort to leave as little mess as possible and even offered up their vacuum. The price was extremely reasonable but if you factor in the outstanding customer service, it made the whole experience more than worth it. When I called to return an item I had to call and leave messages multiple times over a week until my salesperson called me back. When I just called again to setup an appointment to install the rest of my order it, surprisingly, it took more than one call to finally get an appointment scheduled. No problem getting called to take my payment, they were right on that. But any service is terrible.
