As we were driving for a while without finding this mystery place I figured they had gone out of business (like so many other places that couldnt keep up with the chains) and we almost stopped at Burger King because we were so hungry. I decided to keep going and find another restaurant when a couple miles down the road there it was!!! I was actually excited when we pulled in. We sat at the counter and my wife and I both ordered the cheeseburger garbage plates with everything but relish and I have to say this was one of my top 10 meals! IT WAS DELICIOUS!!! I had a milkshake with my plate and it was awesome too. We were so happy with the food the server brought the owner and his wife out to meet us. Great folks! They told me this place almost became a Dollar General before they took it over!!! What a waste of a wonderful tradition for the people in that area. We do a lot of what we call "cheeseburger rides" on the motorcycles with friends and I have no idea why it took so long to get back to this place...
