Great lighting store and service. One of my globes had broken off a fixture I had bought at this store almost 10 years ago. I went back to lighting zone and they still had my records on their computer and Were able to replace the exact globe without having to replace the whole fixture. Dear Mak, Thank you for your expertise in helping me select the right chandelier for my home's grand entrance. I took about 2 years to research and discover what would work best. I'm one of the biggest fans of Swarovski crystal, and the chandelier has 112 of them - precisely cut and dazzlingly beautiful. I also liked that I was able to choose different sizes and colors. Since I have a black lacquered piano with champagne & black picture frames, the black chandelier works very well. It complements the other items in the room and serves as a contrast to the brilliant crystals. I live in the Christmas light district of the South Bay, and the chandelier reflects through the large glass dome above my front door; it also complements the Christmas decorations. Came into this place looking for light bulbs. I was helped fairly quickly but was charged a lot for 4 light bulbs. The guy that helped me went into the back to grab them and came out with 2 of the box opened. I should of known this was a little weird but I chose to trust him. After the unconventional way to charge card payment, I went home to find out he switched out one of the light bulb for a worser one. Again, I should have checked the bulbs before blindly trusting the place but any place that deals business like that is shady and deserves a 1 star rating. We were going through a remodel and purchased one of several fixtures from Lighting Zone. We worked with Tamarie Cuneo, who was outstanding in helping us with our fixture selections and order and delivery. Recently an LED bulb went out in our stairwell fixture and needed to be replaced. What seemed to be a "no brainer" replacement turned out to be quite the ordeal. The original bulbs we purchased were no longer being manufactured so after working with Tamarie going through multiple types of bulbs, calling the fixture manufacturer and trying another handful of bulbs with no luck, Tamarie took the extra step and personally came to our residence to check our fixture and brought a box of bulbs and finally found a replacement bulb that worked!
