I especially like how well he responded when I asked him to add more links to a chandelier he had already installed. I initially thought one link would be best but decided to add a few more and I'm very happy he didn't mind doing that for me. We did not ending up going through their catalogue options, but rather found pendants and a very unique chandelier hanging right in the showroom that suited our tastes. I can't wait until the order arrives so we can have a new look in our kitchen area. It was refreshing to have someone answer the phone and then provide and quotation in a timely manner. Larry had to special order our lights and kept in constant communication with status updates. When the lights arrived, he came out promptly and installed. We also have a very high roof peak that I wanted to skip in order to keep the costs down (this may be the only year that we put lights on this house), but when we had the lights up it just didn't look right.
