I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Electric of Meridian, Idaho!…read more As a real customer in Meridian, I recently needed a reliable electrician and spent time reading through 25-30 reviews before deciding. Mr. Electric stood out with consistently excellent feedback and--important to me--they offer a military discount as a thank-you for service members. From the first phone call, the experience was exceptional. I spoke with, "Chad", a patient, professional representative who genuinely tried to troubleshoot the issue with me over the phone before even scheduling a visit. That's rare these days and showed real care for saving me time and money. Once scheduled, I received helpful text updates, including a photo and short bio of the arriving electrician--Joshua Stanley--which made me feel even more confident and comfortable. Joshua arrived on time, worked efficiently, and--best of all--took the time afterward to clearly explain exactly what the problem was and how he fixed it. No jargon, just straightforward answers that left me feeling informed and relieved. The entire process was professional, transparent, and customer-focused from start to finish. Mr. Electric has now earned my complete trust as my go-to electrician for any future needs. If you're in the Meridian/Boise area and want top-notch service you can count on, look no further. (Now I just need to find a plumber and handyman who match this level of quality!) Thanks again, Mr. Electric--especially Joshua Stanley--for the outstanding work!

4-year old furnace. Wanted to make sure things still looked good. Communication from dispatch was…read moreexcellent. Tech was super helpful and explained things as he went through the system. Checking voltage, gas pressure, live camera, etc. The new install was done under a "home warranty repair contract," and I knew I wasn't bringing that guy back. But the Magic tech showed me the AC float switch that was never wired correctly, the tape that could have blocked a critical kill switch, and left me knowing everything was okay. He confirmed safeties were working properly (after service). I felt good with the updates done. Combustion assessment has a separate price tag, like an al a carte menu. He researched a replacement UV bulb and found a cost while onsite. There was quite a bit of effort to upsell into service agreements. Aside from that, I will certainly consider them for summer AC, hot water, and heater maintenance. For what I needed at the time, perfect. I am considering a annual service agreement for the heater, AC, and hot water. They are apparently expanding to attic insulation ad well. The negative reviews from "CA customers" are puzzling. They deserve 5-stars.
