I sent out a bid on Yelp for changing out some pendants, adding a dimmer switch and replacing two chandeliers. I received a few estimates and decided to go with Brandon because he answered all my questions, was very forthcoming and professional. Other places I called would not give me quotes unless they came out fist, even though they do have standard pricing for pendant, chandeliers, etc... Brandon stopped by on a Saturday before heading to another job to speak to us about all the different needs we had. I went back and forth with him through Yelp and he was very responsive as well. He came back on Tuesday and finished all the work. If I could give him extra stars I would! I especially like how well he responded when I asked him to add more links to a chandelier he had already installed. I initially thought one link would be best but decided to add a few more and I'm very happy he didn't mind doing that for me. He also went out of his way and checked the attic for a fan we will be installing later down the line. His prices are very reasonable for the work he does. He also installed a dimmer switch for us since the outlet did not have one. He moved a chandelier from one place to another room as well. I'll definitely hire him for the rest of our jobs. read more

Brandon did an amazing job. Not only did he show up right away the next morning but he had a super reasonable quote. I should know because I'm a general contractor. Brandon installed a 240 volt overhead garage heater and 8 four foot LEDs to make the garage into a proper working space. The quality of his work - he is methodical, intelligent and vastly experienced - could not be improved upon. He took particular care to run the 8 gauge heavy duty wiring through the attic for an elegant installation, and did same with the ceiling mounted LEDs. In the home he changed and added sockets and also hung a ceiling light. He takes great pride in his work, cleans up thoroughly and is also a genuinely nice person.
