They were only installed because we threatened non payment after we spent two weeks trying to coordinate our own subs to get the windows in. Then within a week of the threat they were installed. So we paid them in full. During the install they found that there was missing hardware. It's been 3 + of calling and emailing trying to Get the hardware. Now they got paid they are ghosting us.
