The Staff and Teachers are extremely genuine, caring and loving to my children. All of the teachers are great Ms.Bianca, Ms. Mary Anne, Ms. Jess, (just to name a few) they are simply amazing teachers that provide tons of love and have a huge caring heart. Leadership starts from the top, and this is evident through the mentorship that Ms. Lorraine provides to the teachers. She knows how to handle every situation that provides us with comfort and re-assurance. Ms. Danielle has also been great since day one, she is always in a great mood and her energetic personality really embodies the values of KinderCare. Every time my husband leaves with the Military everyone at KinderCare jumps in right away to help me and my girls have a smoother experience in his absence. They are extremely thoughtful and know what to say to my daughters so that way they know their daddy will come back soon, I am extremely grateful for this. Everyone is amazing!

I'm writing this review with a heavy heart. I'm not one to bash any company! If I dislike any…read morecompany I just go about my day and don't return. Unfortunately, today I felt the need to review this business due to the trauma my son has been facing. My son attended this center for less than 8 months. In which two major head injuries occurred (see photo). One hematoma on the forehead which has left him with permanent muscle tear and is visible when he cries or laughs real big. Second injury was staples on his head because they allowed another child to hit my son with a very heavy plastic toy that gashed my son's head pretty deep. This is not ALL staff but certainly some young ones who clearly are not meant to be in The field to care for children. Sadly also management not being more proactive to make sure teachers are more aware of the children's surroundings. These are only 2 incidents that I felt justifiable enough never to return. There were other incidents of my child constantly being bitten. My reason for writing this is because the staples incident occurred 4/4/2025 and today my son had a complete meltdown scared to return to a new daycare... still naming the child from kindercare who hurt him. I'm not blaming the child I'm blaming management for having people who don't care and for not being more involved in the classroom. When my husband returned the following Monday to retrieve our sons belongings the staff didn't even bat an eye and that's very sad to hear. The reviews you see here are from management office pushing to get reviews from both parents and staff. They aren't real reviews. I only know this because I was one of the parents who received those request in November/December. Due to the biting incidents it took me awhile to review. But after the hematoma I removed it. All bad reviews seem to have been deleted. I hope they do better... for the children's safety and for the parents who have to work and shouldn't have to worry about their children's safety.

Total charge was $2,400 for one month of summer camp. The price is not my main issue. Its the manner in which they bill and THREATEN. I usually send my daughter to Lightbridge which has smaller class sizes and is a better school IMO and have never been billed in that manner. Apple Montesorri billing practice is threatening and predatory in nature. On Monday, 3/20, I received an email indicating paymment should in full in 2 days or "your application will be denied". . I didnt want my daughter to attend a school with such practices so I didnt pay tge inviice forgetting that I had given them my credit card info. . My card was charged on Friday 3/24. Today on 3/27, I contacted them telling the school I'm no longr interested in their summer program. They claim I cant reverse the charge and my daughter must attend their summer program that starts 2 months away. I've already called my bank to reverse the charge. But had to leave a review as this practice is predatory and manipulative. I only wanted my daughter to attend due to the daily swim classes n activities. But I could not in good faith support a school thats so impersonal and threatens parents. Their proram doent start till after July 4 by tge way. We're still in March!.

From the day we started I have never felt more confident in our child's safety, education, and well-being. From the moment you walk into the door every staff member greets us and knows my daughter's name and what to say if she is having a rough morning. Ms. Mayte and Ms. Alexis are always at the front desk with a smile and are always able to answer any questions or concerns. The director, Ms. Ariel is one of the first people to reach out if my daughter needs anything throughout the day as well as to help my daughter with anything she needs. She is also very open with communication which i find to be a huge comfort. Her teachers have been incredible from the infant class with Ms. Gigi, loving her as well as supporting and helping me through the early stages and milestones of her first months. Her favorite teacher; Ms. Chantel who has become her support person (as well as mine) has been there for her from learning to roll, taking her first steps, learning to speak, and so much more. She goes above and beyond to make sure she is feeling loved and safe throughout her day. As an educator myself, I am impressed with the curriculum and all of her teachers as she has progressed through the program. They have not only supported her, but have guided her through her milestones as well as educated her. Ms. Frida, Ms. Jacky, Ms. Maylee, Ms. Anna, Ms. Z, Ms. Zeba, Ms. Aimee, Ms. Isabella, Ms. Noelle, and countless others are incredible educators. I couldn't be more grateful for all they have done and continue to do for my daughter.

If you are thinking about bringing your children to this facility think again! First, let me start…read morewith their teachers high turnover rate. My son has been in the toddler class for 6 months and we've been through approximately 1 teacher every month! Understandable for the underpayment they receive, but terrible for our children! Then they demand appreciation for their teachers from parents on days like "appreciation week"! NO, they need appreciate their own teachers by paying them enough to last more than one month! so don't try to bond with a teacher over here because they're on the go! Even the principal left a few months after the school opened and now they have a new one! The school had a COVID case back in July but unlike all other daycares that close one to tow weeks to insure everyones safety, they remained open because their main goal is collecting money. I had to keep my son home for a few weeks because we had a newborn. Not even one person bothered to check on my son to see if he's okay! This also applies to when the boy is absent you never hear from them! Again, unlike other daycares visits are not allowed, bringing cake for your kids birthdays isn't allowed, I was told not to put any candy in my son's birthday giveaway bags but we personally received bags with tons of candy from other children! Hmmm the rules don't apply for everyone!! I sent an organic ointment with my sons belongings with his name printed on it, that ointment was no where to be found! So I bought and sent a new one! Funny enough when I decided to pull my son out and received his belongings, again the ointment wasn't there! Seems like this ointment is someone's favorite over there! On the parent forum "Bright wheel" we would receive a picture with many clothing items with the following question "Is any of these items for your son?" How tacky and unprofessional is this! A few days ago, I dropped the boy off to only receive a voicemail while getting into my complex elevator that exactly states: "your son is upset and he ran right into the door and when we tried to pick him up to console him he threw himself on the floor and he bumped his head a pretty good bump" then moving forward to the accident report I received for this incident it exactly states: "Your son banged his head on the door twice and threw himself face first on the ground and hit his head" WOW! Which statement should I believe? I said show me the cameras I would like to see it in action because my son has never done this before. Sure enough the principal refused. Not only their accident report statement is vague but it's very insulting for me as a mother, and for my 2 years old son as well. So does all their other accident reports. They want you to believe there's something wrong with your child and it's him to blame for incidents. I don't invest into teaching my son to wake up and start banging his head randomly NO! Shame on them if their accusations is right pushing a child to behave this way! Everyone was horrified of my son's head injury including his doctor who asked us if we saw the cameras? Everyone is having a very hard time believing that my son would do this to himself! Everyone is suggesting that police should be involved. 2 days after his head injury he goes back to Everbrook and right after they received him, I receive a text on brightwheel saying: "your son was upset I tried comforting him but it wasn't working and resulted on him wanting to hit his head on the floor" Really? IF I believe their accusations, what would push a happy child to hurt himself over there? What makes those big negative feelings of a child surface at daycare that we NEVER see at home? Never heard of child wanting to bang their head after "consoling and comforting them"! How about the reason? The cause? They fail to contain the child, handle their emotions or communicate on his level appropriately. I then realized my son wasn't in a safe environment and needed out of that place immediately! I am as a mother traumatized of this experience that resulted in my son's head injury ( pictures attached) and I won't be sending him to daycare .. they don't care for children they rather complete tasks to receive a pay. I feel he's in a safe place now with me at home. Avoid Everbrook Academy at all costs!

I love the owner Lucy and basically anyone she hires. I saw another review saying that she goes through staff a lot, but frankly I'm glad she doesn't keep any bad apples. Kids are learning sign language and a little bit of Spanish. Lots of great activities for kids, few different playgrounds, indoor and out, music and dancing. Having over 15 years experience in the…read morechild care industry, I know just how crucial it is to have the right people in place to create a wonderful environment for children, their parents and staff. This particular location is independently owned and operated by Alicia Antoine who is extremely experienced, having run another TLE location for 8 years and being a mom of 3. She understands the needs of working parents since she is very involved and hands on herself, opening the center daily. She also used to be a teacher and is extremely supportive to her teaching team because she shares the same passion for providing quality care and education to children in the community. I truly couldn't have picked a better place to settle in my career. The facility itself is absolutely beautiful (you have to see it to believe it) and TLE's curriculum is hands down the most comprehensive educational program I've had the ability to work with. The curriculum and research development team ensures that each child is able to grow and develop independently while becoming caring members of society. It is because of this team that teachers are afforded the ability to focus their energy on being loving and nurturing caregivers while they execute the TLE curriculum created by corporate. At TLE of North Haledon, you honestly get the best of all worlds- a brand new school with beautiful amenities, an experienced and passionate owner, a comprehensive curriculum, and the most loving, nurturing staff. You'd be hard-pressed to find all of these unique qualities anywhere else, and I am grateful to be part of such an incredible school.

If you have a child who doesn't move or speak, maybe this place is fine, but for my active son, paying over $1800 a month feels like throwing money away for a daycare that seems clueless about how to manage a child. After two consecutive days on 5/27--telling me I had half an hour to pick him up because he was climbing on furniture, which is typical kid behavior. I had to pull him out. My 18-month-old son faced discrimination from both the director and the regional director because of his special needs--he has a speech delay and is already receiving early intervention. When I took my first tour on 1/23, I explained all of my son's needs in great detail, and Victoria assured me that there would be no problem, that it was normal for his age. On the second tour on 3/11 with Rosie, I reiterated my son's needs, and once again, they said it was normal. Even uploaded and provided my son early intervention evaluation But when he started on 4/1, I received constant complaints. I was called on 4/3, 4/7, and 4/14 about minor incidents like biting another child, without anyone witnessing what actually happened. On 4/16, they reported he was running around and tried to bite a teacher's finger, and on 4/23, he hurt himself by slipping. Then on 5/5, he bit another child again without anyone clarifying the situation. That same day, they told me he put his hand in the toilet. This center has cornered me into providing documentation from doctors who have no clue what they're being asked for, since it's inappropriate for his age. They don't work with parents to help teach the kids; it's incredibly frustrating. Also when stuff happens to my son no report was given nor anyone knew what happened. Requested report from manager and still nothing.

The Arena has three rinks, and all were in use this Saturday afternoon. It does seem to be a hang out for teens, but there aren't many better places to spend social time together, than skating and eating snacks in the café. Lots of parents, too. Most seem to be there to watch their kids play in the games, but they all seem to know and enjoy each other, and there is quite a lot of socializing in the lobby independent of the kids. Winter rink sports are a much bigger deal up here in northwestern Jersey, than down in Bucks County, Pa. Apparently, the NY Rangers and Islanders have present and past members of their teams living in the area, who have taken an interest in developing the sport at an earlier age, much as they do in Canada and most of northern Europe. For entertainment value, it certainly gives Little League Baseball a run for its money. For athletics, these kids are in great shape and learning team sport cooperation. Excellent life experiences.
