Like any new parents, we were freaking out about who would watch our new little bundle of joy while we had to go to work. We started searching in our area and surrounding areas for the perfect place, but were very unsuccessful. The places we saw just didn't make us feel comfortable leaving our baby for hours each day. We began to see signs for a new daycare opening and decided to check it out at the open house. We went on a rainy Saturday and completely fell in love. Now at this point we had already had our baby, so we were even picker with our search then we had been when I was pregnant. When we first walked through the doors of the daycare we both just knew this was the place for our little girl. We immediately meet the owner Craig who was beyond amazing. He walked us through the entire facility explaining every single detail. He showed us all the security systems in place (even though the neighborhood doesn't call for it) he has top of the line everything. He showed us the amazing cameras to watch your baby on all day!!! As a parent you know this is such a blessing. I didn't see that in any other places in the area. Everything in the facility was kept immaculate. Now I know the place was new so that doesn't seem so amazing, but the organization of papers, documents, toys, child bins and everything your baby could ever need was completely impressive. The other places I saw that were around in the area for a while didn't seem to have any type of organization that could even compare. One place we saw the infant care room doubled as a wreck room. My only concern after seeing the facility was that it was new which made me think the owners would be new to the business, but yet again any concerns we had vanished after hearing Craig and his wife have been in the business for 20 plus years. My husband and I decided right then and there this was without a doubt the place for our daughter. We wanted to sign up on the spot, but Craig encouraged us to go home and take our time and call him when we were ready. He never once pushed us to make a decision like all of the other places. We went home and filled our papers out right away! Now about one month after her first day we couldn't be happier. There are not even words to describe how much we love this facility. The teachers are all absolutely amazing! They keep you completely informed on every detail. There is never a second that someone isn't available to let you know exactly what is going on. On top of that, when you call they never make you feel crazy for calling. They also put your mind at complete ease. Also keep in mind you can watch those magical cameras anytime you want!!! Don't worry about the security of the cameras; you get your own private log in supplied to you. Every day when my husband and I come to pick up our baby she is always all smiles and laughs. She responds so well to all of her care givers there. During the day they keep her plenty occupied with all their toys, swings and bouncer options. They are constantly stimulating her and encouraging wonderful development. They work on tummy time, head strength and motion control. Needless to say our daughter is developing wonderfully with their guidance!! I failed to mention how sweet and lovely each teacher is as well. They are so friendly and make you feel beyond comfortable leaving your child with them all day. Anything you ask them to do they are right on it! There is never one second of worry in your day because you know you child is receiving impeccable care. We also receive text updates and adorable pictures throughout the day as well. To top it off, every single day we receive a report of feedings, changes, naps and everything that went on during the day. You never have to question anything because it is all on a paper that gets sent home with you. This is so awesome to make sure the baby is on track with everything. I truly can't say enough wonderful things about this daycare, the ladies that work there and the owners. I never write reviews, but as new parents finding this place was a true miracle and I sincerely believe all parents should know about it!

My little one was with them for two years, and the growth we have seen is amazing. The teachers are not only highly qualified but also very caring, thus creating a homely atmosphere that makes children both safe and eager to learn. The curriculum is very well planned to encourage creativity and curiosity by including arts, music, and outdoor play. I loved how my child was encouraged to explore their interests and develop all the essential social skills through engaging activities and playdates. The small class sizes truly made the difference in allowing personalized attention to help my child thrive. What impresses me most is the very strong sense of community among parents and staff. We celebrated milestones together, supported one another, and made the experience so much more special. If you are looking for a place where your child will blossom and develop a love for learning, this is the perfect place. I couldn't be happier with our experience!

When we looked for day cares for our daughter we must have physically visited over 10 of them in…read morethe surrounding area. Nearly every daycare was old, dingy, disgusting and a total lack of cleanliness. (One of them even had a thumb-tack on the floor in the toddler section!) We enrolled her when she was 3 (in 2013) and she just finished her last day. A very sad day indeed. Every class she has been in was very small (around 7-15 kids at most), and the larger classes had two teachers. Between the gym time, Spanish, karate, field trips and all the other extracurricular activities the kids engaged in through the years she was there, I was outright impressed by the level of service for the price. Not only that, but our little girl developed quite well in this school. The teachers worked with her personally, always informed you if something was amiss and took action immediately to ethically diffuse any other situation. Our child was not just a number like how they are in many other schools and daycares. I call this a school because that's what this truly is. This is not just your standard daycare where a random "expert"watches your child in "centers". They actually do care. Let me go through a run down of the value of this school: -Locked doors with security keys where only parents can enter. If someone manages to enter the building, which happens very rarely and mostly due to parents not thinking straight, the staff will stop you IMMEDIATELY and send you to the office. -Entrance DIRECTLY from the back of the school to the playground without having to use a rope for the kids (this was all too common in many of the daycares in the surrounding area and a big concern for us. If one 3 year old runs away from the rope, guess where all the other 10 are going! Thats right, towards a busy road!) -Logging of every event that happened throughout the day. When they went to the bathroom, what they ate, etc. -Ability to warm food (again, this was lacking from a lot of the other daycares in the area!) -CLEANLINESS. At the end of the day, you are smacked with the smell of cleaners. You also will notice the staff cleaning every day after school. This again was something that (while one may think is expected) many other daycares did not have. -Extracurricular activities. Many of the other daycares in the area did not have this and I highly doubt they can even compete. The Apple Tree has yearly field trips to farms, celebrates all the holidays and the teachers work with the children to learn songs for holiday concerts. It quite impressive watching an entire school learn Christmas, thanksgiving and Halloween songs and actually remember the words. Every holiday the teachers hold parties for the kids in class and parents are welcome inside to enjoy after concerts. For Halloween the kids do a "trick-or-treat" in the parking lot, which is situated in the far back of the lot to ensure the safety of the children. -They hold "graduation" every year with a ceremony. -My daughter (at the time 4) learned addition up to 10 BEFORE kindergarten. Her Pre-K2 class heavily prepared her for Kindergarten. She also was able to read words and sound them out just before the start of Kindergarten and now, just finishing, is able to read long books. Not only that but she is incredibly motivated to read and cannot stop putting down books. -Hot lunches (extra money) every monday and friday (mcdonalds and pizza) -VERY VERY VERY understanding of nut allergies. If just one kid in the room has an allergy, no parent is allowed at all to bring in any form of nuts. While our daughter is fine, it's nice to know they care about the safety of other children with these allergies. -since our daughter has been enrolled (which is now for 3 years) the same teachers have been there. They are friendly and her previous teachers always ask about her.

Total charge was $2,400 for one month of summer camp. The price is not my main issue. Its the manner in which they bill and THREATEN. I usually send my daughter to Lightbridge which has smaller class sizes and is a better school IMO and have never been billed in that manner. Apple Montesorri billing practice is threatening and predatory in nature. On Monday, 3/20, I received an email indicating paymment should in full in 2 days or "your application will be denied". . I didnt want my daughter to attend a school with such practices so I didnt pay tge inviice forgetting that I had given them my credit card info. . My card was charged on Friday 3/24. Today on 3/27, I contacted them telling the school I'm no longr interested in their summer program. They claim I cant reverse the charge and my daughter must attend their summer program that starts 2 months away. I've already called my bank to reverse the charge. But had to leave a review as this practice is predatory and manipulative. I only wanted my daughter to attend due to the daily swim classes n activities. But I could not in good faith support a school thats so impersonal and threatens parents. Their proram doent start till after July 4 by tge way. We're still in March!.

The school used to be very good and it used to feel like family. But, now the overall experience…read morehas deteriorated. The only thing school really cares about is money and how to get more money from parent's pockets. We had a very bad experience when they started charging us for AM and PM care randomly for being 1 or 2 minutes late or early. When we tried to explain that the timestamps appear to be made up(which they were - I had proof), they just charged us anyway(without authorization). Even when the assistant director told us that there was an error on their part, the tuition director didn't refund us the charge. Following is what I observed in being ~4 years with the school: 1. They find new ways of getting money from parents. 2. Their fast track program($100 per month) is a waste. When the teacher of this program left, the school didn't inform the parents about it and kept charging us. 3. Even the tution director who does the billing doesn't know the correct buffer pick or drop times for the parents. These buffer times changed when I exchanged emails with her. Earlier it was said that it's 10 minutes for morning but later this was changed to 15 minutes in the same email thread.(looks like a scam to me) Their payment system has been designed to make holes in parent's pockets: 1. There is no free AM or PM care, and buffer times vary based on whom you ask. 2. During covid they did close classrooms for weeks, but we as parents never asked for refund. They should have at least brought it up. We kept our kids home and never said that we need money back for services we never got. 3. Fast track classes are charged $100 per month. Why would you charge for extra class when it should be available for every kid paying the monthly tuition? I can't give less than 1 on review, but if they keep going on this path then parents like us will keep leaving this school. Please do not send your kid to this school. Stars for the management : 0

I was informed at the time that this type of contract is typically offered to teachers; however, the director offered it to us as a courtesy when we were preparing to leave, due to the school's 12-month schedule and lack of a guaranteed September spot if a child is withdrawn for July and August. I was clear with the director that I am not a teacher, and the contract was still offered and signed. Based on vocal and written communication, my understanding was that this agreement allowed my child to be out for July and August while maintaining her enrollment for September. Recently, we were unexpectedly asked to confirm our intentions for the next school year. When I referenced the 10-month contract, I was told someone would follow up with me, which did not happen. I then emailed for clarification. The owner responded by stating that I had misunderstood the agreement, despite the contract and email I had in writing from her outlining what the 10 month contract is. When I said I would need to consult a lawyer if the agreement was not honored, I was told the owner does not deal with "litigious people," and my child was removed from the program in the middle of the school day. Separately, my child reported being hit by another student on multiple occasions. When these concerns were brought to the owner, I was told that my child was lying. There was also an incident where staff commented negatively on my child's lunch, telling her that yogurt was unhealthy, which I found inappropriate. This review reflects my direct experience only. I encourage parents to ask detailed questions, get all agreements in writing, and carefully consider how concerns and disputes are handled before enrolling.

Unfortunately, today I felt the need to review this business due to the trauma my son has been facing. My son attended this center for less than 8 months. In which two major head injuries occurred (see photo). One hematoma on the forehead which has left him with permanent muscle tear and is visible when he cries or laughs real big. Second injury was staples on his head because they allowed another child to hit my son with a very heavy plastic toy that gashed my son's head pretty deep. This is not ALL staff but certainly some young ones who clearly are not meant to be in The field to care for children. Sadly also management not being more proactive to make sure teachers are more aware of the children's surroundings. These are only 2 incidents that I felt justifiable enough never to return. There were other incidents of my child constantly being bitten. My reason for writing this is because the staples incident occurred 4/4/2025 and today my son had a complete meltdown scared to return to a new daycare... still naming the child from kindercare who hurt him. I'm not blaming the child I'm blaming management for having people who don't care and for not being more involved in the classroom. When my husband returned the following Monday to retrieve our sons belongings the staff didn't even bat an eye and that's very sad to hear. The reviews you see here are from management office pushing to get reviews from both parents and staff. They aren't real reviews. I only know this because I was one of the parents who received those request in November/December. Due to the biting incidents it took me awhile to review. But after the hematoma I removed it. All bad reviews seem to have been deleted. I hope they do better... for the children's safety and for the parents who have to work and shouldn't have to worry about their children's safety.
