The trails are free to enter but they do request for volunteer donation for non members. Different tiers of annul membership available to purchase at main office that comes with some wonderful perks, such as free access to trails and special events. The main office also has some of the exhibition items like insect box and turtle box. Outside the office there's also bird and butterfly cages. We went to the center for our daughter to participate in butterfly feeding event. Upon arrival we found out we had to buy the tickets for one of the two scheduled events. Luckily there were slots available to the second event on the day. The ticket was reasonably cheap, only $8. It also came with an additional bird's exhibition that took place right in front of office deck. All the stuff members were very friendly, informative and interactive. We spent wonderful couple of hours here on beautiful warm summer day.

My son's birthday is in December and we are always afraid the threat of snow will keep many people away, so I decided to have a non-birthday party for all of my son's friends and my friend's with kids. We had 70 people attend a party today with several great puppet shows, all performed by Marshall Katzman and "Fantasy Puppet Theater." My phone has not stop ringing, everyone is calling to tell me how much they and their children enjoyed today's event. I highly recommend both the recycling themed show and the Frog Prince. The kids loved them. He made it extra special for my son by getting all the kids to sing, "Happy Unbirthday to you!" If you are trying to think of something different for a party, try them.

Email, call, or asking for a meeting you will get nowhere. Once they have your child pinned as a bad kid he will get treated as such even when I made multiple attempts to communicate and find a solution. For a kid who was never in daycare before, he was only given a little over a month to try and adjust with very little communication about what was happening before basically writing him off saying this school is not for him. Basically if you don't have the perfect child or your child needs any sort of support this is not the school for them.

my experience as an employee at the bloomingdale daycare and nursery was awful. During only one…read moremonth of working there I witnessed abuse of a child by an employee. Of course, I reported it to the director, Miss A and the parents were notified. I spoke with the police and told them exactly what I saw. The employee who abused the child was terminated. In about a week I was called in for a meeting where I was told "because of the incident you reported parents are taking their children out" I was terminated. This was an act of workplace retaliation and I want all current parents and new parents to know that the directors of this daycare had no idea of the abuse happening within their daycare, or maybe didn't care to report it in fear of losing money and children, then terminated the only person that came forward about the abuse.
