    I can't say enough about all the amazing people I worked with at Lightstyles Newport Beach! Christine is my sales rep and she is absolutely amazing! From the minute she started helping me I could tell she was super knowledgeable and professional not to mention one of the sweetest people on the planet. She's quick, easy to work with and she listens to your needs and acts on them. I had questions for the manufacturer and she went above and beyond to help me get the answers. I have the most beautiful lighting in my home and I owe it to Christine and her team! Thank you so much!!!

    This place is great. About a year ago, they sold my wife an exterior light fixture that recently went out. I went in to buy a replacement, and without asking they didn't charge me for the replacement because they said they stand by their products. Also, I received excellent installation suggestions, that worked. Unlike a lot of retail stores, this place has tons of inventory. You can't really buy quality light fixtures online because you need to see it in person. This is the place. They had the perfect unique retro bulbs for our study too.

    Upon first walking in, I was VERY overwhelmed. They have hundreds and hundreds of lights so be prepared. I needed all new light fixtures for our house and while it was a process that took several visits I was able to get everything I needed with the help of Janna! Not only am I in love with all the fixtures but Janna went above and beyond SEVERAL times during the process. 1. I had a tight timeline and many of the fixtures that I was loving wouldn't be available. Finally on my last visit they had a new chandelier on display and I decided on that one and Janna was able to take the one on display down so I would have it in time. 2. After picking out the large chandelier, I went online to send a photo to family and saw it was priced lower online. I emailed Janna the info and she called me right up and they matched the price that was online (saved hundreds)! 3. While getting the glass out for one of the pendant lights, I broke it ‍. I emailed Janna and she immediately reached out to her rep and it was replaced for free. 4. While my electricians were installing another fixture, they discovered it was faulty so I called Janna who ran around the store, determined they had my exact fixture on display, got it taken down so I could have my electricians finish up within 30 minutes. While picking out lighting takes time and can be frustrating depending on your timeframe and budget, working with a well established company and knowledgeable people is absolutely key!     I've only been in a couple of times to buy odd bulbs. Had great service both times, and to me just being inside the place is an experience.

I know it costed more at first but the food last longer and we were very amazed. The measuring and fitting of the fridge is perfect and so beautiful. It was really worth it and I am so glad we listened to George. Lately our dryer is making a big noise so I called him 2 days ago. He already made an appointment with the LG technician to come out to our house. Even the aftercare he took care of our issues right away! When we buy another house, we will definitely go back to this place and ask for George. We are very thankful to have him.

However, for a high-end appliance store, I expected a much more professional and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The receptionist appeared far more interested in scrolling through social media on her phone than acknowledging or assisting customers. Even a simple greeting or explanation about wait times would have gone a long way. First impressions matter, especially in a luxury retail environment where customer service should be a top priority. I would highly recommend additional training for front desk staff on professionalism, attentiveness, and customer interaction. Edit to add response to the business: To clarify, this visit did take place at the Costa Mesa showroom on Saturday around noon. We were walk-ins and completely understand that scheduled appointments may take priority. My concern was less about availability and more about the lack of acknowledgment and professionalism. I appreciate you taking the time to reply publicly, but I was surprised by the comment regarding not having record of our visit, especially since we were not checking in for an appointment, nor were we asked to leave any information as we were barely acknowledged by your receptionist. My review was simply intended to provide honest feedback about the customer experience we encountered.
