I rely on customer reviews to make decisions about which companies to hire, so I want to share my recent experience with Lumiere Lighting. I reached out to Lumiere Lighting to have string lights installed in my backyard. At first, Javier was responsive and asked me to send pictures of my backyard for a quote, which I did. However, I accidentally sent the pictures to the wrong number. I apologized and sent the pictures again. After reviewing the pictures, Javier said he would get back to me. When I didn't hear from him, I followed up but received no response once again. I understand that businesses can be busy, but I was disappointed by the lack of communication. A simple message saying they were unavailable or not interested at the moment would have been appreciated. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, and I can only give it one star because I have to in order to leave this review. read more

I would absolutely work with Javier again and recommend him to anyone - my neighbors asked for the card pretty much the next day and I really couldn't be happier with how it turned out! My wife has been after me since we bought our house five years ago to replace, repair, and install new landscape lighting all around our house. She went out and got a bid from a local installer to basically do 60 new brass lights. The total price was so high that I told her I would do them myself. I began searching for deals on brass light fixtures. I found Lumiere and their great prices on eBay. To my pleasure, I realized they were local to me, so I went down to his showroom to check the quality of the fixtures. I ended up leaving his showroom having bought the lights, AND hiring him to do the install. HE MADE ME A FANTASTIC DEAL. Brass landscape lighting is so superior to the plastic Malibu-ish stuff I had before. They look and feel heavy duty and professional. Lumiere pricing for the fixtures including LED lamp were cheaper than Light Bulbs etc for just the fixture (No lamp). The crew showed up two days later, and virtually finished the install in one day. Great job to Javier and Lumiere on making my wife very happy because it looks so awesome, and me very happy because I still have plenty of money left over to go golfing because of his great prices! Another major company looked at it the day prior and could not figure out the issue. He also changed all the bad LED lights and even washed by dirty lights. My front yard looks nice again. When he comes by for an estimate, you know he's not up selling you on anything and in fact- provides recommendations based on your budget. There are no "maybes" or "I'll get back to you"- he gives you a definitive explanation and leaves no questions unanswered. Javier knows what he's doing! I have old lighting in front of my house but I haven't seen them on in about 15 years. After doing some fresh landscaping the lighting was something I only wished for but after getting a few quotes realized that it was going to cost too much to bring them all back to life. Javier gave me the best price by far and he did an amazing job for me! My home looks amazing at night! He installed about 25 lights all around my corner lot. I got spotlights, well lights, and umbrella lights, and in step lights. He added some more lights and did a professional job hiding the wires. He has an eye for what will look nice too.
