This place has the worst scheduling process! my son missed his appt because he couldn't get out of school that day and the receptionist said because it was same day cancelation I now have to call in every day to see if they can fit him in for the next day until there's a spot available. Basically cross my fingers! I've never had this experience before. Don't you people know that things come up and you need to accommodate! I mean it's not like we're getting this service for free. I bought my 5 y.o. daughter in for an eye exam whom is very shy and doesn't speak much to professionals however the girls here were all so friendly she did well with them. Dr.Lisa was amazing...she was able to get my daughter to speak to her and was able to preform a very through exam of which she explain very well to me and was also ready to answer all questions. The whole staff is extremely helpful. The selection of eyewear for the young ones was impressive and extremely affordable. Dr Kim and his office staff are the best! They are a very prompt, very well put together office. I have been seeing Dr Kim for maybe 3-4yrs now. Unbelievable. There is sign on their widow saying 1 hour. Lol. My dog ate my wife's glasses. Meaning she has no glasses. She can't see. All this was explained when we went in. And no matter how nice we asked, they could not see her for 2 weeks and would not get the glasses for another 2 weeks. What that means is that customers don't matter and money does. A customer that does not have glasses to see is not as important and making the money and leaving on time. Because if you don't have an extra 15-20 minutes for a customer then there is something wrong. So sad that leaving on time is more important that your fellow human being. read more

I was referred to Lifetime Optometry. I have a very serious eye condition and after moving from my dr in Colorado it was difficult finding someone I felt comfortable with. Dr. Kim and his staff are Top-Notch. I felt it was one of the most thorough and professional eye exams I have ever had. All was well explained. Dr. Paul Kim has been our family optometrist for over 20 years (will be asking him for reading glasses at my next exam...). We have gone through contact lenses, many glasses, eye infections, and eye exams with Dr. Kim and his staff. He's thorough with his exams and explains more than clearly even to our kids when they were little. If you have little kids you probably know of his motor cycle rides during the exam! At least that was my kids favorite thing to do at this office besides playing video games. Now, I receive texts to remind us to visit him for exams. Worst glasses I have ever had. The first time I got my glasses I could not see out of them, one eye was completely wrong. They told me to use for a week and all I got were headaches from the wrong prescription. Took the glasses back and explained that I use the glasses for mainly computer work. They took the glasses and reworked them. When I got them back I could see clearly but the transition is no longer there, which is fine except I paid nearly $600.00 for glasses that aren't transitional. The eye exam is great and thorough but I could have gotten the same type of glasses for much less. I feel that I was ripped off by paying for transitional and paid extra to have a wider field of view with the transitional. read more
