Granted, I typically shop here during the week as it's close to my office. I'm not sure how the traffic here is on the weekend. The have a great selection, with many rows of shoes. Highly recommend stopping by!

The cashier did not take the security tag off and I didnt notice untill after I got home. Today I brought the shirt back and told them what happend. Instantly the women behind the counter had an attitude and said she wasn't doing it with out a recipet because I could have stolen it. I told her I bought it at this location and said if I did steal it why would I return to the scene of the crime. She then refused again and said you know you look like you stole it coming in here with no receipt. This is not how you talk to customers aggressive rude and accusing them of theft. All she had to do was ask to see my license like tj max or Marshall's like all these other stores do. Absolutely absurd. This place needs to train their employees how to talk to people. And to think I went there to buy a pair of shoes and other clothes too. After that incident i left empty handed. Never buying anything from there again.

This was a total bummer for me. I was really looking forward to shopping at this Inspirations…read morelocation because it was so large and I've had good luck at other locations in the past. There's a large selection of clothes and a huge selection of shoes. However, everything is extremely expensive for a thrift store. Yes, everything is in good condition and some pieces are brand new. However, 80% of the tops I looked at were priced at $12 and above. I was shocked. I was so distracted by the prices, I couldn't look at the clothes. I definitely saw tons of things I liked but some sweatshirts and sweaters were $25, which is equal to what you'd pay for a brand new clothing item in TJ Maxx or Marshall's. The upside is that mostly everything is a name brands and there are a few vintage pieces hidden in the racks. But the prices are unjustifiable for a used clothing store. $25 for a used Colombia sweater? I tried on a brand new one at TJ Maxx the other day for $34. At that point, I might as well spend the extra few dollars and buy it new. I really couldn't justify buying used clothes for these prices. Another thing I noticed was that many sweaters were $22 and $24 and so were the jackets! To me, that didn't make any sense. How are the jackets the same price? I even saw a jacket on the rack marked at $99 which is something I'd expect for behind the register. Despite the prices, there was a large selection of scarves, shoes, and seasonal home goods (Christmas and Halloween). There's one aisle of books which looked to be mostly children's from my quick glance, and a wall of purses that were again over priced. I picked up a large wristlet and it was $10, which again I couldn't justify spending. The quality of the clothing is good, don't get me wrong, but the prices really turned me off. I didn't get anything and I didn't spend much time hunting in here once I saw how things were priced. The purpose of thrifting to me is getting something gently used for a great bargain. Great bargains were hard to find here for me. They do offer 50% off for certain tag colors, which was white when I went, but I didn't find one item with this tag. All of the clothing seemed to be tagged in a pink/orange color. One positive of this store is that it's separated by size and there seems to be a good amount of plus sized clothes here. If you're a traditional thriftier, I wouldn't suggest this location. If you don't mind spending $$$ for secondhand clothes, then this is the place for you.

I picked up the shoe I wanted and stood there waiting to be greeted or asked if I needed help. There were other people in the store so it was hard for me to distinguish who was working with someone and who wasn't, and I also didn't want to jump in front of someone who had been waiting longer than me. After awhile I determined everyone was being helped if they needed it, and I just wasn't being acknowledged. Most of the staff had something to do but the one kid was just standing around which is really annoying considering I'm an adult in a kids shoe store with a shoe in my hand- of course I'm ready to get the shoes! Anyway, I approached the associate who was standing around and was met with a blank stare but he repeated the size and went to look in the back- they didn't have it. I then asked for a specific pair of vans, same size and he ran to the back and got them, he was quick so I appreciated that. The line to be rung up wasn't long but the people in front of me were taking a while, I believe they were getting something shipped. That is fine, however there were a total of 3-4 employees and it's a busy Saturday! It just seems strange to me that only one person was able to cashier. Finally, a guy came out I guess from his break and helped me on the other register. He took this review from 2 stars to 3 because he was quick and very polite and efficient. If it hadn't been for the speediness of the first person that helped me and the positive cash-wrap experience, I would have given this store a 1 star rating. Unfortunately, the person who helped me at the register said he travels to the different stores in the area, so he's probably not at this store that often. Bottom line, if you're going here good luck, seems to be hit or miss. I find it easier going to regular Journeys and the selection isn't much smaller somehow. 3/5
