If anyone's wondering why the reviews of this store is so low, I think I've found the answer... We were trying to find a prom dress for our friend and after we went to counter to checkout the dress. There were only two workers at the store and one seemed like the manager. The other worker was pretty nice but the "manager" had the nastiest attitude. After we found the dress we wanted to buy, they were struggling to find the style of the dress at the counter because they had lost the tag on it. This is their problem but I still waited patiently while they try to determine the style and they found another dress with a tag on to compare. I was also looking at it trying to help them out and then the "manager" gave me the dirtiest look and said "Can't you wait? Give us some time so we can figure it out!" She was talking to a white male(we're Asian btw) prior to us and she was so nice to him and spoke so soft. We went over to ask her about a shoe right after she was talking to that guy and she was like "go ask the other lady." She was so patient to him and gave us such an attitude? I wonder why? Can't be because we're Asian Firstly, why even bother to put it on display when you can't sell that dress? What? To waste our time? Also, How messed up can the management of the store be when you put a unsellable dress on display? The other worker worked very patiently and were helping all around the store while the "manager" only stayed at the counter and did minimal job. The girl found us the right sizes and even helped us hang the dresses back. The other girl should be the manager, not her. She acted like I'm forcing her to do this job Well she chose this job and she's paid to do it so she better learn to have some self control! If you don't have self control, why should you be able to run a store? I've seen other reviews about this problem and I can promise you, you will regret stepping into that store! It will sabotage your whole day's mood! My best advice for this specific store is to fire that manager! ^ Update We called the customer was super nice and they called Rosa which turned out to be the manager. Rosa said to us before that she would ask the price during the conference meeting at 3:30 because she couldn't call them and could only email. We didn't believe her because she didn't even ask us for our contacts so they can notify us. It was the other girl that asked us for it. After we called at like 3:00, the customer service called her and immediately, she called back to the number we left her(still with an attitude) and told us we can go pick the dress up. After we arrived, Rosa criticized us for calling customer service and getting her in trouble and told us we can still call back if we want(to file her a complaint). She said that it was messed up that we called because she was willing to go up and beyond to help us show the dress at the conference meeting. She had already just got the price for the dress for us. It was only 3 and the meeting was at 3:30 so how did she get the price? She did exactly what she said she couldn't do: called. So why did she tell us she couldn't call? Because she didn't want to. Make sure you thoroughly check whatever you buy before you buy it, especially if you might return it. They make up lies so that you can't return stuff. Horrible customer service. I was returning a dress because it was too big on me and it looked cheap and unflattering. They said I couldn't return it because there were "stains" on the dress and a "rip" in the seam. I didn't see any stains, I saw wrinkles from it sitting in the bag for a few days before I returned it. Also, if there was a rip in the seam, which again I did not see, than it was sold like that because I tried this dress on once to make sure I wanted to return it and it was too big on me so I couldn't have ripped the seam. The worker was rude and didn't apologize for this huge inconvenience and waste of money. She just kept trying to explain to me why I was wrong instead of apologizing and moving on with the rest of my returns. She kept telling me that they wouldn't have sold me the dress like that when they literally did. When I originally bought the dress I was being rushed because they were closing so maybe they didn't look as thoroughly as they did when I was returning it. Or maybe they saw it and didn't say anything. Who knows. Still, so disrespectful and could have been handled so much better. I wouldn't recommend this store because they sell things that are ruined by their own standards and won't let you return them. It's a scam. It's a shame because its hard for me to find dresses since I'm very petite and most of their stuff fit me. Too bad they treat their customers like this. The staff was very helpful around the store but even more patient than I could have ever expected. I came in with my daughter to find a white dais dress and although there were barely any options the girls were so hopeful. One of them specifically helped us in the fitting room. She got me a chair to sit on while my daughter tried on dresses. I'm terrible with names but I think her name was Courtnee. They are amazing! I walk in and I'm immediately greeted by amazing workers, the manager there, I believe her name is Maria, is outstanding. She is so helpful and an amazing multitasker. Her and the workers do an outstanding job, from making the store look so neat and trendy, to making you feel comfortable when you can't find something to wear knowing that they will help you find the perfect outfit no matter how long it takes. Some stores are always so caught up on how many sales they can make and never really sit back and try to make a relationship with the person who's shopping. Luckily the store excels or both, it was quit busy when I went today but that did not stop any of them from trying their very best to accommodate each and everyone.
