Sajda has made me and my family fall in love with them!…read more 2022 ended and 2023 began with 2 news ! First, I am pregnant, and second, my brother's wedding date was set and to be held in India! I had wanted to check out Sajda boutique for some time now and thought it to be a great opportunity to check them out for getting a wedding outfit made. I visited their store and fell in love with their collection (clothes and jewelry) and their ability to listen and discuss your outfit/ look preferences and customize it for you! I was in my early first trimester when I visited them and chose the customized outfit I wanted made. I also stressed that I am pregnant and wedding will be towards the end of my 2nd trimester, when I will be much bigger. Suman and Nishi assured me that they will customize my outfit in a way that gives me room to grow without making me look bulky and the cut and style will make me look beautiful.. I trusted them and left my outfit in their capable hands. I placed my order on Dec 31, 2022 morning with delivery date of March 15, 2023 (in the middle of my 2nd trimester and the outfit was to be worn towards end of my 2nd trimester!) I was one nervous pregnant lady and kept following up on the progress of my outfit via emails (half expecting them not to respond timely as is the case usually with email communications). I was proven wrong, I always got a response within the next business day by Nishi herself. She was honest with me and informed me that she was not happy with the 1st cut of the dress and was reworking with her team. In my next email communication she sent me pics of my outfit in progress and I WAS IN LLLOOOVVEEEE with the embroidery, colors and look of my outfit and could not wait to try it on. Then March month came and my belly was starting to show and I was very nervous about fitting into my outfit. I half expected them to say delivery is delayed. But again, I was proven wrong! On March 14 I get informed that outfit is ready and asked me when I would like to try it on at the store. We set the date for March 16th. I went there with my family, I was nervous and excited and this was my first maternity outfit I was going to try !! Nishi and her team were ready for us and then the moment came for me to enter the trial room to see my outfit! I screamed "OMG!! It's so pretty!!" and after the associate helped me try it on I screamed "OMG!! I look like a princess!!" and both Nishi and my family could not wait for me step outside and show them my outfit.. It fell so beautifully on me (and my belly ) and the cut and make of the dress was perfect!! It had room for me to grow and still did not make me look bulky!! I could not stop twirling outside when I was showing off my outfit! All in all my experience with Sajda was GREAT!! I would recommend them to anyone!!

Still, the staff at Sajda came together to make sure the design and the dress were not only to my liking, but fit me perfectly. When I came in for my first fitting, Nishi herself admitted she wasn't happy with the design of the dress and wanted her team to work on it some more. I agreed and the next time I came in for my fitting, the jacket was not right. Sajda made it work. They dedicated effort, time, money and attention spent to make sure the jacket part of the ensemble fit me, looked good on me and that I was happy with the dress. It took a lot of energy and a lot of team members. I am very grateful. I also wanted to thank you all for all the other 6 outfits Sajda beautifully designed and delivered to my family. The services have been beyond excellent and above what was expected. Sometimes, the sign of a great business is the service one receives after something isn't perfect. Sajda is a great business, a talented and creative fashion house. I would recommend them to anyone looking for special occasion-wear.

A couple days later I got a call that my order was in. I went to the location (which has tons of parking) to pick them up. Inside the store, Rhonda helped me with my sizing. Saying she helped me is an understatement. She REALLY knows her Red Wing Boots. Her customer service was unbelievable! Her knowledge was amazing! I am so glad i had Rhonda helping me because the information online was so scattered it was hard to read. Some people recommended going up a full size and others sized down, etc. She was very certain and promising of the fit. Rhonda is a real asset to Red Wing Shoes. If your in the market for some boots, PLEASE go to the New Brunswick location and ask for her.
