Sajda has made me and my family fall in love with them! 2022 ended and 2023 began with 2 news ! First, I am pregnant, and second, my brother's wedding date was set and to be held in India! I had wanted to check out Sajda boutique for some time now and thought it to be a great opportunity to check them out for getting a wedding outfit made. I visited their store and fell in love with their collection (clothes and jewelry) and their ability to listen and discuss your outfit/ look preferences and customize it for you! I was in my early first trimester when I visited them and chose the customized outfit I wanted made. I also stressed that I am pregnant and wedding will be towards the end of my 2nd trimester, when I will be much bigger. Suman and Nishi assured me that they will customize my outfit in a way that gives me room to grow without making me look bulky and the cut and style will make me look beautiful.. I trusted them and left my outfit in their capable hands. I placed my order on Dec 31, 2022 morning with delivery date of March 15, 2023 (in the middle of my 2nd trimester and the outfit was to be worn towards end of my 2nd trimester!) I was one nervous pregnant lady and kept following up on the progress of my outfit via emails (half expecting them not to respond timely as is the case usually with email communications). I was proven wrong, I always got a response within the next business day by Nishi herself. She was honest with me and informed me that she was not happy with the 1st cut of the dress and was reworking with her team. In my next email communication she sent me pics of my outfit in progress and I WAS IN LLLOOOVVEEEE with the embroidery, colors and look of my outfit and could not wait to try it on. Then March month came and my belly was starting to show and I was very nervous about fitting into my outfit. I half expected them to say delivery is delayed. But again, I was proven wrong! On March 14 I get informed that outfit is ready and asked me when I would like to try it on at the store. We set the date for March 16th. I went there with my family, I was nervous and excited and this was my first maternity outfit I was going to try !! Nishi and her team were ready for us and then the moment came for me to enter the trial room to see my outfit! I screamed "OMG!! It's so pretty!!" and after the associate helped me try it on I screamed "OMG!! I look like a princess!!" and both Nishi and my family could not wait for me step outside and show them my outfit.. It fell so beautifully on me (and my belly ) and the cut and make of the dress was perfect!! It had room for me to grow and still did not make me look bulky!! I could not stop twirling outside when I was showing off my outfit! All in all my experience with Sajda was GREAT!! I would recommend them to anyone!! read more

Out of all the neighborhood stores, this one actually carries some nice outfits. However, the customer service is absolutely terrible. There's a serious lack of staff, and the one associate present was incredibly rude. I walked out without buying anything simply because I didn't want that person earning a cent of commission from me. The short of it: If you expect luxury pricing to come with good customer service, go elsewhere. You'll get luxury pricing, but that's about it. (Disclaimer: I am out of state, though I don't know why this would impact my experience.) The long of it: We visited the store, tried on some stuff, had a great time. Called back to place an order for a men's jacket, things went well on the FaceTime fitting appointment, and the store took 50% payment from us at that time. We also clarified during that fitting that we would not be able to come in for a final fitting/alternation because we live out of state and instead, would need the item shipped directly to us. They confirmed that they could include shipping in the price of the jacket, especially since we were not coming in for an additional fitting/alterations. We also asked that they send us a swatch or photo of the jacket, so that we could get matching pants locally. Here's where things start to fall apart -- there was no proactive communication from the store/team after taking payment. It took multiple follow ups from us to get a photo of the jacket, multiple follow ups from us to get an ETA on the jacket, and multiple follow ups to get the tracking information once the jacket was shipped. And then they charged us for shipping and sent a velvet jacket all folded up in a little bag. If I'm paying $1k for an item AND being charged for shipping, I expect shipping to match the price point, protect the item, and not get something that looks like it was packed by Amazon/Temu. So if you're going to shop here (because they do have amazing stuff), just know that you'll have to stay on top of hidden charges, getting your item, and if you're having it shipped to you, expect to need it steamed/dry cleaned before you can wear it. read more

Nice clothes, but had to deal with very rude service. The assistants were very nice and helpful but the other staff was not. They had a video shoot scheduled while we were browsing at the store and they kept moving us around between the first and second floor of the store. They were very rude towards us and acted as if we were a burden. If they didn't want potential customers around while they had a shoot scheduled, then the store should've been closed? I went a month ago to get a lengha for my brother in laws wedding. I had a budget and they worked with me on that. They told me from the beginning it was gonna be hard to do a lot of work with that budget but I still wanted to give it a try. My 2 sister in law got their lengha from her too! Fast frwd to a month and my lengha was here and I went to go try it and it came out amazing. They were so understanding and so accommodating! They did everything we asked for and more!!
