Since then the price has gone up every month to much more than it is worth! The grounds are poorly maintained and full of junk. The Security Gate is often left open, as is the door to their Climate Controlled Building. The office is often closed during business hours; they don't answer the phone. Employees aren't particularly helpful or courteous. I don't feel safe here. The new ownership refuses to honor our previous agreement to prorate my last month. Save yourself the headaches and go elsewhere.

I…read morehave had two collector cars parked here in a unit for 10+ yrs $224 a mo for a minimum paid to these people of over $27,000. For safe and secure storage. I myself have had to put out mice and rat, poison and traps I had about 15 in the unit prior to this most current coincident. I've mentioned numerous times to management about the mice getting into my cars, but the last time the mice got into one of my Cadillacs that I just had the leather interior replaced, the mice had packed seeds into the seats of my car so much that every time you move the seat forward or back the seeds just pour out you clean it up and move the seat back again and they still keep POURING OUT! shame I can't post a video and we're not talking one or two mice we're talking and infestation, caught one n a trap in the car, The mice have pissed all over the outside of the car. You can see the piss trails in the pictures and inside the car so this brand new leather interior that I have Now smells like mouse piss now think about that if you're storing a couch or clothing there or a car!! They also got into the trunk of one of the cars where I had parade boot cushions for when the convertible top is down, and they ate through the pillow and nested in there as well. And you can see the pic of one of the car covers where the amount of crap is unreal and it's all over the car. That's just one little spot, so do not rent from here unless you want your property damaged. There is no way in hell I would store any type of furniture there, clothing, or a vehicle that you do not want infested with mice. and if you tell them about it, they say they're going to do something, but they never do. I'm still waiting on a call back from two weeks ago when I asked them what they were gonna do about it. I could've easily built a garage on my own property for what I have paid these people and car storage to just have my car is damaged. The rusted roll top doors do not seal. There's easily a layer, a quarter inch of dirt and grime on everything (see pic) in the unit because of the wind whipping in and out and the giant gaps at the bottoms and sides of the door. I put more mouse poison out, checked back in 4 days, and 6 of the cubes had already been chewed on by mice and near the giant gaps at the doors. I had put two poison blocks, and the mice took them out completely !! Because they also let people store food goods and things like Bird Seed at the property (not supposed to) but guess what they know people are and as long as they are paying that high monthly fee they do nothing. It's easy for the mice to go between unit to unit. And you're paying for secure gated storage as well The gates it's hit or miss on if they're working and currently they haven't been working for months now this facility has been there a number of years is clearly paid for at this point and they are making a fortune every month off of people like myself Who aren't always going there to check on their items and I easily could've paid cash to have a car garage built for what I've paid them over the years. You yourself have to be able to consistently check on the facility and your items inside because you 100% cant trust the management will maintain that property. So, with all the money they have coming in monthly off of this property they can't fix the gates. They can't fix the sink hole when you pull up to the keypad that'll have 6 inches of water in it. They can't put doors that actually seal on the property and they can't even put out roadent traps and they're not intelligent enough to NOT allow people to store food in the units that rodents will eat. The new office gentleman is nice but again that doesn't make up for them not maintaining their property and giving tenants safe and secure storage for the outrageous prices they are charging. oh and by the way, if you would even consider that place for a very short term, take a measuring tape with you because guess what they're not the size their advertised.
