They raised prices (significantly), cut paid services (I was paying for an air conditioned unit and they cut both a/c and electricity), and ended any kind of security with all external gates thrown open. I was glad to escape with my belongings (mostly) intact. Then they sent me a request for a feedback survey with the survey link as a non-functional button in a PDF.
