My BLS was way past its expiration date, and I was looking to get certified right away. You would be surprised how quickly classes fill up for BLS. I was getting a bit worried and i went to double check on the AHA site. At first, I made the mistake of selecting the skills only option and the owner wrote me an e-mail to confirm the class selections. I explained that I was looking for the live class and he replied with in minutes to help me out. I usually try to figure things out on my own before asking for help (critical thinking) and I found the solution to my problem on their website. I signed up the next available class the following business day (there was room!). A couple of hours later in the day (a day before my class) I got a phone call from a woman who notified me that class was starting just a bit later than usual. WOW! Great communication and I appreciated that instead of being left waiting in my car. The location is in a business center and it is very clean with some complimentary snacks, coffee, and water. My instruction was Kriss, she was friendly and thorough. Honestly, the test is easy if you read ahead of time but it is important to know the proper technique especially if you are in the medical field. Kiss delivered and coached us through the small mistakes we did. I definitely recommend Life Saving Certified because of their professional service and quality teaching. read more

I love that you get your cards emailed to you. Which makes it more convenient...no risk of losing a card. Our school does a required BLS training every two years. Trevor two years ago was our instructor. Trevor this year was also our instructor. He was funny then and he is still funny! I really like how he uses humor and satire as a teaching tool; it really gets it into our heads, and it makes sense! Great instruction. Very thorough and informative. Trevor was prompt and did a great job.

I was completely dreading having to stay after class to stay for a 4-hour CPR session, but Trevor definitely changed my mind about that! Instead of dozing off like I expected, he alone was able to keep me and around 80 other students in the classroom completely awake, engaged, and interactive with him! Definitely appreciated the fact that he taught both the AHA guidelines and what one REALLY has to do in real life situations to save lives. Seriously, if only all instructors and professors could be as simultaneously hilarious and informative as Trevor. The retention rate for information for every student would skyrocket. Wish I could give this guy more than 5 stars because he definitely deserves at least a million of them. read more
