Yikes, this place is not the cleanest or seems to be a little rundown and dirty. My first impression was that they could've at least vacuumed the floor that we were kneeling down on to perform the CPR procedures. It doesn't look like they also sanitize the mannequins. One of the infant mannequins had dirty onesie on. The furniture and walls were dirty, but I guess they did do the job that I signed up for which was CPR certification. read more

I heard about this because a classmate of mine said she's gone here for her job to keep updating her AHS CPR card and with me in nursing school now I know we need to be CPR certified to go to clinicals and I have always had a card beforehand I like to have it for my piece of mind, but I messaged and got myself a class on a Friday and it was nice, our instructor for the day told us to have notes handy I still have them in my phone to again always be sure. He's a good instructor I will definitely come again to this CPR class when my card expires and go from there if anyone is having doubts or wonder who to go to for an AHS card I highly suggest here. I had a very disappointing experience with this place. I had 14 of my employees standing outside the facility waiting for an hour for the instructor, Rupinder, to arrive. He was extremely unprofessional and late to our scheduled session. I had tried to reschedule the day before, but he gave me a hard time about it, only for him to ask if we could reschedule day of the appointment after he was the one running late. To make matters worse, we ended up having to train outside in the heat because he couldn't find the keys to his facility. After the training, it took him 2 and a half hours to send the certificates. I wasn't sure if he was even going to send them at all. If you're looking for a professional CPR class, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This place seriously needs work. read more

I had to get re-certified for my new job and this is the place they sent me. First of all the "office" is so small. There was about 10-12 of us all sitting all alone the wall super uncomfortable. 2nd of all the office smelled horrible, and everything was dirty the mannequins, the floor, and even the "instructor" had nasty yellow orange stains on her sleeves. It was so hard to understand anything she was saying and kept making weird jokes. Definitely do not recommend. read more

Customer service and communication can improve. I had been calling and texting this week (there's only one number) to know the schedule and to register for a Saturday class. I texted three different days and the only thing I got in response through text was "show up". No other information so I go online and see the time states 10am. I get there and the person is so rude saying it's at 8 and it's too late to do a class today. That for the certification I need it has to be a full course. The tone given by the person was enough for me to just leave and go elsewhere instead of trying to find the schedule for a different day. read more

if i could give 0 stars i would, this is the worst place to take a cpr / first aide class. if you dont want to learn anything go here! the instrutors come in for about 2 minutes and do nothing to teach. they put on a video for 1hr than dismiss everyone with a cpr card. total fraud!!!!!! read more

I'm a student at ABC Adult School. We had several students needing to take the class so the instructor came to the school. Our class didn't start until 45 minutes after the start time. We were never told or offered any book to purchase like their website says to take a test from (classes in the past have had written test as well as hands on tests) The class was very rushed we only did the hands on CPR. When the class ended the instructor said he would have our cards the next day or Friday by the latest. The class was on Wednesday May 3rd. Today is Sunday June 4th and still no cards!!!!! Many of us paid cash and were not given receipts. The only reason I gave 1 star is it makes you at least give 1 to leave a review. I would NEVER recommend this class to anyone!!! HORRIBLE for that man to take our money and not give us cards!!! read more
