Since I missed the CPR class at work, I was on my own to renew my CPR card, so my research began on Yelp. I came across a few places, but Save A Heart CPR seemed to have the best deal. It was close to home, reasonably priced, and the class I needed was offered at a convenient time for me. The Heartsaver CPR/AED course costs $46.75 if you already have the current book, $63.25 if you need to purchase it. This was considerably less expensive than taking the course through the City of Rancho Cucamonga ($82.50). I registered for the class online, showed up for my Saturday morning class, and renewed my CPR card in an hour and a half! It couldn't be easier! I'll definitely be back in a couple of years when this card expires! read more

Really love this place!!! Glad its so close to home. Its like 3 minutes away. They offer BLS, ACLS, PALS, MAB and many other classes. Ive taken the majority (ACLS, MAB, PALS, BLS) of their classes and have had no regrets. Classes are held mainly in ther Carnelian office. The classroom is comfortable with the ac working more then adequately. Bathroom right there in the room. Its nice they have a coffee and snack table in the back od the room thats fully stocked. Being a small company, they have no problems responding to phone calls with haste. The instructors are nice and knowledgeable, and you get in and out really fast. And its nice that you get your card day of. Their website too is easy to navigate as well. They are a must use for any RN or clinical staff living in the Inland Empire read more

* This review is for the BLS CPR Class* I found Save a Heart CPR on the official American Heart Association list of approved businesses, went straight to Yelp, saw the stellar reviews, and signed up immediately for the next day. All I can say is: I have no regrets! Vic Cossey, our instructor, played a video for us that followed along with the CPR book. After each clip, he would summarize and demonstrate. Afterwards, we all did exercises to practice individually and with a partner. Our skills were graded by a pass/no pass checklist. This class is very hands on compared to my previous cpr class. But now I feel more confident because of all the practice and constructive feedback. At the end, there is a multiple choice test, but have no fear, you will know all the answers by the end of the class! Other things to note: 1. they have many availabilities for classes so if you need a class ASAP, check out this place first. 2. Don't be intimidated if the class room isn't full of students; My class consisted of only 2 (I chose the 3pm slot) including me! I still felt like I was given quality CPR instruction. 3. Class is straightforward. It's good a good beginning class. If you're new to the field, Ryan does a good job summarizing things. If you're old to the field, Ryan does a good job with the gossip too. There were some inexperienced folks in the class. Bottom line, they weren't left behind. I appreciate the basics being taught, and for all those who attend this class, I feel confident that they know what to do now when it comes to basic rescue. I'm so glad I chose Save A Heart for my BLS license renewal. With many different options available in the area I am confident that I was given up to date information in the most effective way. Initially I spoke to Vincent over the phone and he was very courteous and helpful. The availability of several classes was listed on their website and registration was very easy.
