I have been renewing my BLS with rescue cpr for years and I regret to say: this is my first review (sorry rescue cpr, charge my head and no my heart). Cailey is thee best. I had one of their male instructors one time and he was cool (no shade) but Cailey is the best hands down. She is informative, up to date on the newest changes related AHA guidelines/!: is so easy going. She will make sure that you pass the class and that you're comfortable b/c her biggest thing is confidence.... Really love that they are so close and it's affordable. $70 for a 2yr certification. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I took this CPR class that included the first aid, adult and infant cpr. Very informative and glad I took it!

NOT WORTH the $69.99 for ONLY less than 10 minutes of ACTUAL TRAINING. For 1.5 hours, I was instructed to watch a video with the "instructor" in another room, teaching another student for a different class. I watched the video through and through without pauses for additional information, demonstration, and hands-on training. During the 10 minutes of training, I only did CPR on a dummy. No demo and hands-on training for choking : abdominal thrusts for adults or rescue for a child or infant. No practice with an AED. There was not even an AED in sight! The whole experience was sub-par and it felt rushed. It was a POOR educational experience. I have had many other BLS classes that were more interactive, dynamic, and effective. I believe I would have better spent my money and time taking my BLS course somewhere else. This is the most DISAPPOINTING class that I have ever taken, and it's the most expensive too. P.S. The book / e-book that was "mandatory" was not even used during the class. The protective device for rescue breaths was also not used. read more

I had to renew my CPR card and the woman I did my skills with was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and patient. She throughly went over everything with me and answered all of my questions. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone who's interested in getting their CPR card. I'm so glad I called and got advice as to what class I should take. I had called around to other places and was having a hard time figuring out which class to take. When I called here the guy i spoke with asked me a lot of questions and I discovered the class I needed was a TON cheaper than the class I thought I needed with others I had called. True life and wallet saver! Not everyday some one tries to talk you out of spending more money. They had some really neat stuff they use in class the class teacher said it was new training models. I really like the data pad thing that showed how well I did! Overall great experience thanks to the lady teaching me she was so nice! My son and I needed CPR cards for work. We had a limited amount of time. We did the class online and it took a couple of hours. Then we had an appointment to test our ability to do CPR on an adult & an infant. We showed we could use an epi pen. The cost was reasonable too Cailey was great! She greeted us, checked our paperwork & then tested our competency. We were able to get this done in a timely manner. I would recommend Rescue CPR to anyone that needs CPR training. read more

Certifications can also be very pricy but Rescue CPR's pricing is fair, and if you want cheaper you have to go more Inland but I can guarantee the quality and cleanliness will not be the same. I've been messaging Jeff through Yelp for awhile with all my annoying questions but he is always patient and responds timely. I've never had a problem scheduling classes with the dates I've wanted. Jeff is a FireFighter/Paramedic and has a wealth of knowledge especially in emergency medicine/rescue. He is also a great instructor and a super nice person. I needed to renew my BLS/ACLS and didn't know much about Rescue CPR in Chino. After calling a few training centers and getting different answers about combining the two recertifications at the same time, Jeff took my call and answered my questions. When I arrived I was impressed how Rescue CPR handled the Covid 19 situation. There were only 2 in my class, and it was not cancelled! They never cancel a class - impressive! Jeff is experienced and a professional with up to date information and manikins with response to depth & rate. However what also impressed me was his knowledge base! He actually knew case scenarios specifics that were new to me! He also gave me AHA regulations regarding the joint BLS/ACLS protocol. Will take the course here again next time. I have to keep up with my CPR certification ever since I've been enrolled in nursing school. It can be tedious to keep up with. However, this place makes it so easy and quick. The process is straightforward and you also have the option to take the written portion of it online and do the skills part in person. I've taken CPR classes before but I've never grasped the information as I did this time. Jeff is an instructor there and he's so well spoken. I actually feel comfortable doing CPR now. He's really professional and makes you feel comfortable. You can also renew your CPR certificate here and it takes 1 hour. Lots of great options! Definitely going to keep coming here in the future. Jeff, the owner, is one of the best teachers I've ever had out of all my teachers in ACLS, BLS, and EKG. He is not one of those teachers that simply reads off the PowerPoints. He is very dynamic, entertaining, and explains things in a simple and memorable way. He also shares real life stories and experiences, and always pauses for questions whenever we have some. He always quickly responds to texts and emails too. Facilities are nice and clean, and mannequins are high tech and offer dynamic feedback on the quality of chest compressions.
