Fast forward two years later, I knew I wanted to return to Always Safe & Healthy for my renewal, particularly the skills portion. However, the coordinator was slightly off putting, maybe I caught her on a bad day. She was initially helpful, but later provided incorrect pricing for courses and did not answer clarification questions I had. I felt like I was chasing her in order to enroll for a course. At the end of the day, I went with a different company and completed my renewal quick and easy. I'm sorry to dock stars because I know the company and instructor is good, but the interaction I had with the coordinator was fair at best and made me not want to schedule a course with them.

He rushed the paper work so I got my card within the same week . I received a ecard. Ivan took pride in his work and it showed he updated me on the new guidelines, corrected my CPR skills, used the newest technology in manikins ( I was able to use manikins he cleaned directly after use).
