Mac Nomura doesn't just teach the material--he helps you get out of your own head, stay calm, and actually understand how the concepts connect. His personal stories and coaching made the content feel way less intimidating and way more doable. I took the DRE exam on January 13, and even though the questions weren't exactly like the practice quizzes, I wasn't shaken because I understood what the questions were really testing. AND YES -- I PASSED!!! Highly recommend U.S. Realty's crash course--especially if Mac Nomura is teaching it. He genuinely cares and it shows!

I just completed my third class at the Inglewood location of CA Realty Training, and part of the…read morefirst class to graduate at this location. Everything about this experience was informative, productive and fun. Frederick Howard was our instructor, and he never let the class drag; he always kept it interesting and moved at the perfect pace, leaving plenty of time for questions but moving fast enough that the classes weren't too long. He is a good teacher and a very warm and engaging guy. The class is given at the Keller Williams office in Inglewood, and the teachers are all Keller agents. Not only do you get the education to pass the exam, but also a lot of practical information and the benefit of their experience. In addition to being excellent instructors, I would recommend the agents at Keller for all of your real estate needs, particularly at this location. The in-class experience is a bit more expensive, but you get the benefit of interaction and real-world knowledge that you simply wouldn't get in an online setting. The curriculum is good all-around, but the extra personal touch you get with face-to-face instruction is key to understanding the business itself and launching a career in real estate. The three electives given are enough to apply for the state exam. The classroom gives a solid foundation, and the books build on the in-class lectures. There is a portal to lots of useful information and tests on your book knowledge as you go. Once you pass everything, you have the three certificates needed to take the California licensing exam, and there is detailed information on the portal on how to apply for the exam. There is also review information and practice exams. I'm going to start the application process today, as well as the review. California Realty Training has given me the confidence to take the exam and has greatly increased the chance to pass it on the first try. Just like most things in life, the class is only as good as the quality time and effort that you put into it. If you're serious about getting started in real estate and are willing to put in the time outside of class to supplement the excellent in-class lessons, I guarantee you will be well prepared for both the exam and to start your new life as an agent.

I am so surprised to see nothing by five stars, while the ratio of passing the state test is only…read more20-30% ccording to what i heard, direct from horses mouth in BRE test room. I went to this school and paid for their online and class, which BTW is useless since they only cover 5% of the 1500 pages of the textbook, and for someone like me who failed twice the state exam after using this class, i have to say their classroom material are totally not test questions and are way off Overall i feel it was waste of $500, and here why? 1- Their book PDF come in within their site not as PDF file, and search in it is impossible. not practical for study purpose. 2- They suggest you to pass the three certificates on open books, its a wrong method because, you really need to know every single page of those 1500 pages. 3- The test questions are totally different with certificate test questions, or even their simulators, not by how they are phrased but by subject matter, as a whole. 4- I really threw myself into their site and their classes and put lots of time like 7 hours a day for 30 days prior to exam plus three months of going to those waste of time blue cart postal classes. I pass their state exam simulators three times at over 90% but the CA state exam I was at 61% and 62%!! 5- They use finance as their third subject which is one of hardest material. Try to choose an school that they don't have finance as their 3rd material since practice and principal are mandatory. Recap: For me, they are way off from the state exam. Having said that CA state exam is extremely hard and according to what they told me at DRE test room, only between 20%-30% pass the test on any given test day. That what those examiners told me.DRE website said they get 3000 applicant a month and issue roughly 1200 license. The way that State Exam sentences the test questions and wording definition, its not English, you need to be a code breaker to pass the test. Extremely hard to pass, and do not pay the $400 for finger print and background stuff, in our class three students did it, and they all failed, so now they are stuck with $400 background check. its waste of money, pass the hardest part first, state exam, then pay for the bureaucracy. This school suggest you to pay everything, but don't listen to them. Wrong school, not recommended at all, and it even turn me off to want to become an agent.

The College of Automotive Management is, hands down, the most thorough and comprehensive F&I…read moretraining available--online or in person. I say that as someone who has been a finance manager at an automotive lender and has already gone through extensive training in finance, underwriting, funding, compliance, and ethics. Because of that background, I can confidently attest to the depth, accuracy, and quality of this program. Nothing else I've seen even comes close. What truly sets CAM apart is the integrity behind it. The president of the college is a genuine, honest, and trustworthy person whose mission goes far beyond "selling a course." His goal is clearly to help students better themselves and to reshape the automotive industry into something more ethical, professional, and respectable--especially in an industry that has taken a hit due to corruption and shady practices elsewhere. The pricing is another major standout. CAM is the least expensive F&I school I've found--online or in person--yet it offers the most content and the highest level of thoroughness. It's clear the focus is education and student success, not maximizing profit. They also take real care in supporting each individual student. You're not just another enrollment number. It's easy to contact the team, questions are actually answered, and the president personally gets to know students. They're also refreshingly honest--if this path isn't right for you, they'll tell you instead of pushing you through just to collect money. The content is regularly updated to stay relevant in today's market, while still preserving the core, evergreen foundations that every ethical F&I/Automotive professional needs to know. If you're serious about F&I, Sales, or literally any facet of the Automotive or Lending industry, and want to do it the right way, and want training that's both practical and principled, I genuinely don't believe there's a better option than CAM.
