DAVI DAVENPORT .100/10. CA Realty Training's biggest asset. Where do I start, this woman is impeccable. I'm currently doing my last month of class with her every Tuesday and Thursday from 7-9 pm. Initially I was worried about those times thinking that I would be bored out of my mind going to class at night. That was until Davi walked into class that first day. She lit up the room with her energy. She engages with every single person in class and made us all feel comfortable since day one. I can not recommend this course enough! Davi and the team at CA Realty are amazing. In deciding between an online only course and the in class/online combo it really pays to have the expertise of an instructor such as Davi who will answer any questions you have, provide real life examples, and teach you how to make contacts in the industry before you start. In addition, the class is held in a real estate office which is a nice bonus if you want to meet other real estate agents and ask a quick question ( i.e., tips on passing State Exam). The classes are interactive; not stiff or boring. Davi keeps everyone involved and despite having a full class, makes the time to ask all the students how they're doing in their studies and offers assistance if someone is behind or needs to catch up. I highly recommend this school if you're thinking about studying real estate. This is my 2nd time taking a real estate course in CA, although I finished and passed the exams to qualify me to take the state exam to get my license, I never felt quite ready. My teacher wasn't very informative, I never really understood what I was supposed to be learning and it made me completely uninspired. However, retaking the course was the best decision yet. I love the Hollywood hills location with instructor Davi Davenport!! She's not only incredibly educated and well informed in this industry, but she makes learning fun and easy. She always has such great energy which makes for a great classroom environment. I attended evening classes at Hollywood Hills and Renee Despins was my teacher. Having not been in a classroom setting for over 25 years, made the whole process quite daunting. Could I actually take 3 college level classes, pass them, and pass a state exam? By the end of my first class with Renee, I knew this was going to be a good experience. And by the end of 2 weeks, I knew I was really learning something. Not only was I understanding, she made it enjoyable too. Started this course about 2 months ago and I have nothing but positive things to say about the California Reality Training. Keller Williams gives you all the necessary tools to be successful and to pass the state exam. The class provides the 3 books, online quizzes, videos and gives you the option to pay additional to join the course in person (which I recommend). My instructor Renee Despins is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable in Real Estate as a whole. I'm currently enrolled in the program and attending classes twice a week with the FABULOUS Davi Davenport as our instructor. With a myriad of school options, I'm so glad I chose this one! I have the best of both worlds: online books with quizzes, hard copy books (which I highly recommend as an extra but valuable cost), and in person classes, which no amount of online/individual courses can equate. Davi is extremely knowledgeable, very funny and fun to listen to, but also to the point with concrete and practical examples. She makes classes fun and motivating. When I first signed up, I was apprehensive about taking evening classes because I'm not a night owl but Davi's energy was ON POINT.
