This is a very well directed program. Rose is a kind and honest teacher who supports the students by presenting real world examples and solutions to realty. The book and class discussions are great, but what distinguishes this class is that Rose relates the topics to situations you might encounter or that she has encountered. This creates a memorable picture that allows the student to feel immersed and empowered through her experiences, so that you have more confidence in how the system actually works. I am glad that I am in the CA realty program. The books and materials are also fabulous and full of wonderful information. I went ahead and purchased the video series aside from the class to enrich myself with multiple perspectives and I am glad I have. I just completed the 3 month course at Keller Williams with Rose Hueneke and it truly was a great experience. In September of last year I started the 3 mo training class to become an RE agent. The classes were at the Keller Williams office in Westlake 2x a week.
