Fast forward two years later, I knew I wanted to return to Always Safe & Healthy for my renewal, particularly the skills portion. However, the coordinator was slightly off putting, maybe I caught her on a bad day. She was initially helpful, but later provided incorrect pricing for courses and did not answer clarification questions I had. I felt like I was chasing her in order to enroll for a course. At the end of the day, I went with a different company and completed my renewal quick and easy. I'm sorry to dock stars because I know the company and instructor is good, but the interaction I had with the coordinator was fair at best and made me not want to schedule a course with them.

I enrolled my son at this daycare when he was only 5-6 months old and not even crawling yet. By his…read morethird day there, he came home with two bruises on his face. I initially brushed it off, but over time he continued coming home with scratches, bruises, and marks on his body on a regular basis. Each time I asked about them, staff were unable to explain how they happened. As a parent, that was extremely concerning. I repeatedly brought my concerns to the staff and administration, but I often felt dismissed. I also asked Jennifer if I could review the camera footage, but I was told recordings were only kept for 24 hours and had already been deleted. Another concern was the lack of communication. When picking up my son, staff rarely provided updates about his day and often seemed rushed or unwilling to discuss concerns. Instead of feeling welcomed and reassured, I frequently felt uncomfortable and unheard. My experience left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously and that staff were more focused on defending one another than addressing legitimate questions about my child's safety. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this daycare for infants or children who are not yet able to communicate what happens during the day.

As a nursing student, I needed to get certified quickly without breaking my budget or missing classes, and this was perfect. The BLS online module took me about 45 minutes to complete between study sessions. The PALS and ACLS online portions each took around 2 hours, which I did late at night after clinicals. Being able to pause and come back to it made a huge difference since I'm juggling school, work, and rotations. The in-person skills check was only 30 minutes for all three certifications, which honestly surprised me. The instructor was thorough but efficient, and I felt confident in my skills by the end. The location is super convenient if you're coming from Westminster, Garden Grove, Fountain Valley, Anaheim, or anywhere near Orange CA. I drove from Garden Grove and it only took about 10 minutes. Easy to find with plenty of parking. All three certifications are American Heart Association (AHA) courses. As a college student, I really appreciated the discounted bundle pricing and not having to spend an entire day in a classroom. If you're in Orange County or around Westminster or Garden Grove searching for CPR certification, I'd definitely recommend Pulse CPR. The process was smooth, the staff was professional, and getting legitimate AHA certification this efficiently and affordably was exactly what I needed.

He is uplifting, kept my attention, and teaches BLS comprehensively and applicably. The class resources are accessible and useful in practice. The curriculum is in line with AHA guidelines. The cost is the most reasonable of the many I searched. As a plus, the location and classroom are visually amazing and comfortable. Parking appears to be metered street parking and paid public parking, so they do not validate. There is a public parking lot connected to the rear of the building for a fee of about 5 to 20 dollars. My class was on a Saturday, so there was plenty of parking. Plan to be there on time, as you may need to wait at the entrance door on Colorado Blvd, where the host will meet and show you to the classroom. I registered for this class directly through the American Red Cross website. I recommend this class and educator and will return.
