Brian is awesome. Super enthusiastic and actually teaches CPR. He gives great feedback and constructive criticism. I've renewed my BLS many times with other companies, but this guy really teaches to save lives. The only issue I have is that I asked for CEU's and was never given them. Super important if you need them for a job. They never got back to me after I asked if I could get them. I also got an email stating that I'd probably pay more money, when on the website, it states they give CEU's when taking this class. Overall, class was great with a great instructor. Just a little disorganize when it comes to the CEU's. Hopefully no one has to deal with this when they need the CEU's. read more

It was time to renew by BLS certification (first time renewing) and didn't know where to even begin looking for a good place with a reasonable price. I came across this location while I googled places in Anaheim. This place in particular was one of the first places that popped up and did my research so I booked my class. Just an FYI when you go to the website you are able to book a class online but you have to crate an account in order for the instructor to send in your info to the AHA to get your certification. Put the exact name that's on your STATE ID so that reflects on your certification. Where to begin, first of all Brian was such a great instructor very easy going and has energy for days. I dreaded the day I had to renew my BLS because it has been over 2 years since I took the class for my program. Second of all he made it less stressful and very fun and entertaining. Our class was very small and intimate but it was perfect because he took a bit more time with those that needed just a bit more practice. And third, after the videos and the multiple questions exam he grades your exam right then and there and goes over the questions you got wrong. And once the last person finishes taking the test within 10-15 mins he emailed everyone their BLS certification. Overall I was soooo happy I took this class with Brian. Don't think twice and please take the class. If you have any questions he is quick to answer. I'll definitely be going to him again. Thanks Brian you rock!!!! Great price and really nice instructor. The office in located in the lot between McDonald and Taco Bell, looks like you're going into apartments. Office was on first floor. My class size was small and I signed up the night before. I had a book, luckily, otherwise you have to pay like $15 for the book. Good, chill instruction that also came with some practical tips as well. I paid $50 for the course. read more

Sooo worth it! I had to get re-certified for BLS and I'm so glad I came here. The classroom was VERY clean. Everything was well sanitized. Everyone was social distancing and wearing masks. I've gotten certified 3x, and this was truly the most informative and educational class I've attended. Our instructor was very patient and helpful with us. I asked so many questions and he made sure to clarify everything for me before moving on. He was kind, funny, and made learning the material fun. Great customer service! Shortly after enrolling in the course an email confirmation was sent with detailed driving directions so you don't got lost. Upon arriving I was greeted by Brain our instructor, and given my supplies for the class. The clas was small but great for learning environment as Brain was able to give us constructive feedback.He broke down each segment and reviewed it one final time before the written exam. And if that still wasn't enough he guides you through the handbook,highlighting important context. He also came through with snacks which is a major bonus. I left the facility confident in my abilities and skills. Their pricing was the cheapest in the area, I was able to reserve my class the night before and passed the exam without any issues. LOCATION: the Anaheim office is off the 5 Fwy, north of Anaheim Plaza. When you see the McDonald's, take a right into the office buildings. They also have a Tustin location. PRICING: for BLS certification it was $50. Book is $17. CLASS: the Anaheim facility and equipment are clean. The bathroom here is inside the classroom, whereas the Tustin location's bathroom is outside. COURSE: The BLS course is 3.5 hrs (expect to be there the full time). You will mostly be watching videos and doing hands on exercises. No need to take notes. There is a 25 question written exam at the end that is open book. It's not super easy and takes some brain power so pay attention to the lectures. INSTRUCTORS: taken my BLS w/ Brian and BLS renewal with Hanan. Both are entertaining and make the class as short, simple, and sweet as possible. Brian is very responsive when you call to schedule or just ask general questions. MISC: wear comfortable clothes and sneakers as you'll be moving around. Don't lose your book or you will have to buy a new one for $17 if you do a renewal course. OVERALL: taken both BLS certification and the renewal, great experience both times. Highly recommend. read more

This was my second time coming to CPR Solution for my BLS Renewal and I am so glad that I came back! It was a breeze to sign up for classes and you receive your certification in maybe half an hour after leaving the class. Brian is super friendly, very easy-going and a kind man. Being a visual learner and wanting to take the class in person, I was appreciative that he took all the necessary precautions for social distancing and made sure to sanitize the mannequins and equipment thoroughly. I felt so confident leaving that i will recommend him to all my friends and coworkers!! Please DO THIS TRAINING IN PERSON - you can not POSSIBLY get the same results in an online class. You have to practice the cadence and depth of CPR on a dummy and form is everything if you're small and/or alone. Also, if you breathe too deeply into someone, you will cause excess air in the abdomen which can easily result in contents of stomach (food) coming up into their mouth and then you've got choking also. I have been to several other facilities to get a CPR certification but I must say, I was extremely impressed with the CPR Solution! I had Brian as my instructor and he did a wonderful job. He was clear with the information presented, offered real life scenarios, and didn't waste your time. The mannequins used were very well taken care of and CLEAN.
