So perhaps I may be the first review here. I want first say I am thankful for Huntington Learning Center and Catherine who is truly a diamond of a person. Warren who is the owner takes close attention to detail and satisfaction. I am thankful or this because there are very few places that have the quality of service, tender touch of care for the well being and more importantly future of children. Catherine is highly educated but has the heart necessary to help you and your child's needs. Warren is an attentive owner who cares and watches his office well and encourages them when necessary. He has programs for FREE ..yeah you heard me free Testing and evaluation and they will donate the monies to your team or non profit. Their unique and very effective program is yet to be seen because I am currently in process as we just came from this week a interview after my sons test scores were reviewed. If their intake and their conversations are any indication of the excellence of this program I see nothing but great things ahead. Catherine was extremely kind, very informative and very thorough as to the needs of my son. Their testing found some very amazing super powers (strengths) my son has also with some kryptonite (areas keeping him from using his strengths)They have a genuine care that I can sense and they really care about my son. It's a program that helps my son grow in his development of basic skills and help him grow by learning study skills and proven techniques that help him to be able to attain more knowledge and enjoy learning and love his journey of education, exploration and discovery. I will update you all more but am truly excited to go on this journey ahead and happy I chose Huntington Learning Center. My only regret is that my 18 year old did not have this available to her but as my 8 month old grows I believe Huntington will be our household name for our future ahead and the academic success of my family into the future. I care about my son. I love my son. I want the best for him. I will do whatever is necessary to see him successful is this difficult world. I know the more opportunities he has the better chance for his sucess If you are nearby or even a 20 or 30 min drive away I think there is no amount you can place on the future of your family. Best investment...Ever. My son who is is a junior at RCHS has been attending Huntington learning center since August he is enrolled in their SAT prep class. Their staff is friendly, owner is hands on he knows all the students names and remembers their personal interests and goals. My son has had the same schedule and same tutor from the start. I was very pleased with my son's most recent SAT evaluation, his score has went up 120 points! read more

I am thoroughly impressed with staff here. Everyone is so kind and informative. My daughter was struggling with math and I knew I needed to get extra help for her. My initial meeting with the owner was very reassuring. He took the time to explain the entire process to me and when we were finished, I knew this was the right place for my child. By the time my daughter completed her prescribed instructional hours, she was completely caught up in her class. Her confidence went through the roof! During the last parent conference, her teacher said "your daughter has made an incredible improvement in math" Everything at Huntington is result based. Seeing my daughters initial assessment vs when she finished was incredible. I couldn't be happier! read more

My son took classes in Huntington center during the pandemic period when every students were online school . I heard many students falling a lot during that time but my son's grade ms improved a lot . Also the teachers there are very nice and kind also very professional . I realized I needed a tutor for my daughter to make up for the hours I was unable to spend helping her with daily lessons. I decided to give Huntington Learning Center a try. I appreciated the time & attentiveness HLC spent with my daughter on subject matters that needed the most attention. I must admit I was very surprised with the results!! My daughter's grades improved in a such a short amount of time. Also, the Center has plenty of helpful resources that I found quite informative. I HIGHLY recommend the webinars they offer. I had the worst experience with the so-called "center director" Zach Collins the other day. There must be a scarcity of qualified individuals to fill this role for this individual to be the director!!!! I paid for my son, who has Autism to receive an educational evaluation, which he received, alongside the support of his ABA service provider who accompanied him. Up until this point, my experience with the center was great- from the intake person to Monica, who conducted the assessment!. Then I got a scheduled appointment with this individual, Zach, to review the results of the assessment I PAID for. During that appointment, as soon as we logged on, he started out by telling me how huntington cannot work with my son because he is not capable of "learning anything" and then went on to describe the work that he produced as "red flags", "sloppy", "less than we can work with", "I have not seen worse"....Shame on you, Zach! He did not even review the assessment results which is what our appointment was for, before proceeding to let me know how your organization cannot help me. I have worked with multiple educational experts and I have never seen such display of incompetence. How do you start off with reviewing a conclusion- "cannot work with your kid" without reviewing the result of the assessment that came to that conclusion, that I paid for!. This is certainly not the line of work for you. It could also be implicit bias that you were demonstrating because I cannot imagine anyone in a position as yours, to display such unprofessionalism and ableism. I did not have the confidence that your team could work with my kid because I understand the challenges my kid has, but your whole approach was dehumanizing. What a waste of my time and money!! read more

If I could give 10 stars I would! My children absolutely love coming here! My son and daughter have built relationship with the staff and look forward to tutor days. Huntingtons curriculum has helped my children go from "c" students to "A" student, and has helped begin a love for reading in my children. Their tutors have even built relationship with my kids teachers. I feel like I finally have a handle on their education and their needs. read more

My daughter has been going here since July. Since then she has shown so much improvement this school year! By coming here two days a week it has really boosted her confidence in school. She has supported teachers that are aware of her attendance at Huntington and just last week one of her tutors came with me to my daughter's conference and shared with them what she is working on and her process so far! This place is so poorly run. There is a an extremely high turn over rate for teachers the director was fired a few months after the place opened a few weeks later the head tutor quit. Students are shuffled between tutors often, there is no set teacher for a kid. Some teachers will have three students and some only one. Communication between parents, students, teachers and staff is often spotty at best. read more
