I love Lenny and her team! My child had to miss a lot of school for health issues and got behind in math. Mathnasium quickly got him caught up and ahead. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. They give reports so we can see growth. My son doesn't hate it because they randomly get candy prizes. We absolutely love Mathnasium. We have notice my kid's Math skills significantly improved. The staff especially Lenny (Center director) are all awesome. Very professional and efficient. They have also kept the place clean (properly sanitized) especially during this Covid season. They provide positive reinforcements (snack treats) to students when they reach certain goals and I think this is great because the kids gets highly motivated. My daughter's teacher is very approachable and warm making my daughter comfortable during their Math sessions. My 13 yr old had been having trouble in math since 3rd grade. Somewhere along the way she missed a lot of vital basics that haunted her from that point. Lenny evaluated her and got her on a basic plan to relearn areas she missed or was insufficient in. After 6 weeks, Mon-Fri, 1 hr each day (summer time) she was pulled up two grade levels. She is now half way through 8th grade with solid B's in algebra. It works!!! read more

Love it! My son is in 7th grade and lucky to be homeschooled. He is almost done with Algebra I, I can't take much credit for it since he has mostly done it by himself. He has been attending Mathnasium for 2 months and absolutely loves it! The assessment test is very complete and efficiently identified the weaknesses. Unlike other programs, Mathnasium does not have their own homework which works fabulously for us. We continue our own program and can chose the percentage of time spent on learning from the assessment and homework help. Happy learning! read more

Lenny works with our schedule and makes an effort to accommodate us. She also has made it a point to assign Timothy the instructor he's made most improvement since he started. My son tells me he enjoys learning and feels comfortable to ask any question without feeling embarrassed. Lenny also works to incorporate math my son is being taught in school, since he's behind and they are trying to get him caught up. Really good place. I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to have a future in the medical field. The staff is very helpful and the classes are small so you have more hands on experiance and one on one with the teacher so you get to learn more! I recently enrolled my daughter at Mathnasium and was really impressed with the her overall improvement. After only a few weeks, I noticed she became more confident and her grade in math jumped up two letter grades. The staff was extremely helpful and the Director, Mrs. Lenny, was very welcoming, always kept us up to date on my daughter's progress, and answered any questions I had. The team of staff that Mrs. Lenny has put together are phenomenal. Mrs. Lenny is very accommodating to our child's needs and obviously loves to work with children, and it shows. I would recommend this as a math tutoring center to any child, as well as parents, struggling to help their child with the new common core standards. We have been very impressed with the results we've seen with our daughter. We homeschool and math had become a very difficult time each day. Though my daughter is still not thrilled about math, she understands what's going on now and picking up new concepts is no longer difficult and doesn't involve tears. I can't say enough good things about Mathnasium of Rancho Cucamonga. I started my son a couple of summers ago so he wouldn't regress during the summer months. He absolutely loves this place! Not only is he learning procedural skills but also a conceptual understanding, to make sure he is learning and absorbing critical information he will need to succeed at higher levels of math. The Director and staff are very caring and go out of their way to help my child. They are patient and the math tutors explain math in a way my son understands. Love this place! Our daughter has been going there for some time and I can see a difference in her confidence with math. Her analytical skills have improved and she often uses math in her everyday activities, i.e. when we are shopping or trying to figure out how many items to purchase, etc. I can tell she is really enjoying multiplication. Lenny is great and walks us through everything. She keeps us updated on our daughter's progress and is very accommodating with our schedule. I love the instructor to student ratio - no more than 3 kids to one instructor. The instructors are patient and have a great way of communicating with the kids - never condescending. We will definitely continue here. Our only regret is that we didn't start her sooner! read more
