I LOVED the class. Trevor was an excellent instructor with a wealth of knowledge and experience. His lighthearted humor was appropriately placed within the lighter moments of the training and his profound passion for the lives of others was abundantly transparent and clearly expressed within the more important areas of the training. Trevor gave great examples throughout the training and even elevated the experience by giving further insight into the rhymes and reasons of why certain procedures and processes were valuable to our "patients" and their survival. Most CPR trainings that I have attended have felt very awkward and stiff, which not only makes it difficult to stay awake but also a little more likely for me to tune out of the areas where there is more lecturing than training. Having said that, I can't express enough how much I truly and completely appreciated Trevor's teaching/training style. The class was very hands on and VERY informative. I am a nurse and I needed a last minute ACLS/PALS certification for my job especially since my last ACLS class flaked on me. Life Saving Certified was one of the first places that I contacted, because of how close it is to where I live. Trevor returned my class within 5 minutes and had me signed up for both an ACLS and a PALS class within 20 minutes. Their online website has a lot of options available to ensure that providers take the initial or renewal class of their choosing. Finally, their classes are taught at your pace and ensure that you understand the material before you leave for the day. My instructor for both my classes was Kriss. She was patient, knowledgeable, and understanding throughout the entire class session. 10/10 would take take another class with Life Saving Certified. My ACLS expired in November and my employer alerted me three days prior to the end of the month. Thing is... Thanksgiving really made it hard to find a class before the month was over. Thank goodness that this company was willing to offer classes before the close of the month!! Instead of shopping on Black Friday, Kriss was there to offer both the ACLS and BLS combo. Although my ACLS expired next year, it's hard to keep track of both so I was excited to see a combo class. I got my eCards the same day Prices are pretty competitive, and they responded very quickly to my questions via FB messenger. Arrive a little bit early because it's a little easy to get lost in that complex. And bring a jacket, it was freezing due to the type of building it was in. First of all, coming in to this course was mandatory for me to obtain my BLS certification. After taking similar course back by St.John Ambulance in Vancouver and knowing how boring and long the course usually is, I was in that impression. But, my first impression after spending 1 hour with instructor Trevor, amazing guy!!!! Made the time breeze by swiftly. He seems passionate about his work, encourages students like us to learn and recommend things that can be used in real world rather than following the guidelines. Added humor to the course, instruction method was appreciable and I highly recommend Trevor for any upcoming course and people like Trevor are rare to find. I had to renew my certification by August for an EMT program and I am glad to have found such an awesome class to do it through. Trevor is not only knowledgeable but experienced. I feel 100% satisfied with my certification. There was also an issue with scheduling and I could not make it out to a different location he was more than helpful with making it work. He answers any questions you might have and is very good and explaining things and helping you understand the importance of CPR and why things are done as they are. Trevar was AMAZING!! I've taken CPR twice and this was my third time getting certified and it was the most informative class I've ever taken. The way he teaches is so easy to learn and he's always open for questions and makes sure everyone understands what he's talking about or demonstrating. I've never received material to take home before but he provided us with a complete workbook and little reminder handouts as well which is super helpful because now if I forget anything about CPR or First Aid I have all the info I need at home. Needed to renew my BLS for providers. I signed up for a class on the AHA website, the next day Trevor the owner called me to notify me the class I had reserved a spot in was canceled due to the EMT running the class having to work. He was able to get me into a class within 2 days. They start quickly get through the info, get to hands on skills and then give the test. I was in and out in about 2 1/2 hours. I got my card same day(though it's now an E-card rather than a physical one.) They offer drinks and snacks and are super friendly. So many of these classes are given by people with book-only knowledge. This was by far the BEST training I've received for CPR and AED! Trevor was a fantastic instructor with tons of knowledge and patience (we had a lot of "What-if" questions). It was awesome to receive training from a Firefighter/First Responder who had real life experience. Given the seriousness of the topic, it was refreshing how he would periodically lighten things up with humor. There were plenty of hands-on opportunities where we could apply the knowledge gained during the lecture. I highly recommend this company for your next CPR/AED training! read more

This class was the most streamlined way to get my certifications and it was in a setting, that felt comfortable, informative, playful, and filled with expertise. These classes (advanced cardiac life support and pediatric advanced life support), are packed with incredibly detailed and pertinent information, but the instructor Trevor did a fantastic job of making this mountain to climb into a joyride. Trevor went out of his way to make sure we were grasping the material, explained things clearly, used images so we could see and understand, and went over any issue needing clarification. I scheduled a class over their web site, and due to an error, I was placed in a private group at a university and was unable to attend. The owner, Trevor Boreham, knowing this was crucial for a time sensitive work requirement, sent time aside after the class to do a one on one session to complete my certification. Life Saving Certified training center for beginner training and recertification training was a great way to learn Cpr,Acls,and Pals without all the stress and worry of taking the training at work.Classes thru work increase anxiety because the student worries about their not being enough classes or flexibility of work schedule to take the training or the review classes.With Life I found flexibility and convenience.The instructor Trevor was knowledgeable and related his experience to our experience.Very well done.I will definitely return if my schedule permits in the future.Sharon read more
