We got on the same page after being on the phone for almost twenty minutes and I asked for them to put it on hold. I drove a half hour to this location to pick it up and upon entering the store and looking at the other options they had before picking up the item, I heard the same associate bad mouthing me. He insulted me and said "the b**** just kept saying k2 tape", "I didn't even know what she was looking for", "what even is this stuff?". I was shocked and offended. I did not confront the associate but he saw me grab the item I had called about and he followed me thru the store, peeking around aisles and items, hiding but watching me.
