I was helped by I think a manager and she did the same thing and said that they are not allowed to have people pick or touch the card packs. Wow! Are you serious? Then I just left the store after that. No wonder this store has 2 star average score. I've been to two other Dick's stores (Oceanside and El Cajon) both stores are the total opposite and allows their customers to pick items that they prefer. She went to Bath and Body works and they were like $20 a piece. She then went here to Victoria ms Secret and got three really good fragrance sprays for $18. It was a great deal. The only problem is there was no employees to check out. They only had one located in the middle on the store, while customers were in line at the main checkout. It was strange. Eventually someone came and started a 2nd line but only helped 1 customer and made the rest get into the other line. 5 Stars for the value and great deals. It was also very clean and organized. Checkout was a disaster and 3 stars overall. Looks like others have said the same thing about the checkout service. This was on a Friday during the day. Will be back for the good deals.

I get it, I came in about an hour before closing, but every time I tried to ask someone something, no one was around. They let me into a fitting room and offered me another item when the first one didn't work, which was helpful.
