However, in less than 24 hours after submitting my order - I received an email informing me of the dilemma, along with an option to either be refunded immediately or pick out another choice in my size. Again, they impressed me with how quick the process was going by sending a follow up email correcting the order just a few hours later. I was immediately refunded the difference, received a shipping confirmation the next morning, and 2 days later - I can't stop dancing around in my new speedos(TARIQ BLACK, BOXOL BURNT OLIVE), my shirt(TAYLOR), and my tank(ZARKO). Which, by the way, are some of the most flattering pieces I've bought to date. I'm 6'0, 160 lbs, wearing a Medium speedo, and a S/M tank.

He is extremely attentive and makes it a fun experience for everyone. Doesn't hurt that the view from store looks over downtown and the San Diego bay.

When checking out, cashier said they were out of those gift cards and the sale no longer exists. Despite signs for promotion being displayed. We asked to speak to a manager that said the same thing. We then decided to return the items since we were purchasing mainly to take advantage of promotion. The cashier then spoke to the manager again and came back with a gift card saying they did have ONE more gift card for us! Makes me wonder if they are using gift cards for themselves rather than for guests. Did not purchase, don't plan on coming back. Would have given No stars as review if possible.

Overall, quite pleased with my purchase and got a discount due to my membership. Knocked down a few stars due to the wait.
