Like every Lids. The service is given by a bunch of lack luster individuals. Sell me a hat and no I dont want it monogrammed or whatever.

We've never actually visited the Burleson store location, but we had the pleasure of meeting the…read moreteam from C.B. Fincher's at the Stock Show where they had a booth selling Justin Boots -- and the experience was outstanding. Earlier that day, we visited several other booths and honestly felt disappointed. There was very little assistance, and most places seemed overpriced and uninterested in helping customers. Then we wandered into C.B. Fincher's booth and were greeted by J. Morton -- and everything changed. J. helped fit our twin boys and was incredibly patient with them as they tried to figure out what they wanted. He had them try on multiple boots in various sizes and took the time to teach them what to look for in the "perfect fit." He didn't rush them or push a sale. Instead, he focused on making sure they understood the fit and felt confident in their choice. He also made sure we, as parents, were completely comfortable and happy with their selections. The boots worked out great, the price was very fair, and the quality is excellent. What really stood out wasn't just the product -- it was the service. J. Morton was a true salesman in the best sense of the word. It was obvious that he cared more about making us feel welcome and taken care of than simply making a sale. Great prices. Great quality boots. But the real star of this western store is the people. Real quality products and real quality people. We'll absolutely be back. If you'd like, I can also shorten this into a more punchy Google-style review version.

I stumbled into WH yesterday while walking around downtown Mansfield. The downtown scene here has…read moreimproved tremendously over the last few decades, and shops like WH are one of the reasons why. Before you even enter this women's shop, white speakers playing tunes from a local country station beckon for you to come on in. Once inside, the friendly staff make you feel at home and even offer you something to drink. There's so much here to see and try on that you could easily spend over an hour in the shop (guilty). Whether you're in the market for casual weekend wear, fancy rodeo-chic wear, a work blouse, jeans, dressy brunch attire, or even evening wear, you'll find it here. In fact, you'll even find high-end, high-quality brands including Johnny Was (cute embroidered blouses) and Pendleton (beach towels and purses). The main front room contains the majority of WH's clothing inventory including accessories like belts, scarves, headbands, and earrings, while the back room has the bar and higher-end western wear including hats of all colors and styles. In between, you'll find a spacious restroom painted in robin's-egg blue and filled with good-smelling soaps, lotions, and sprays across from the two-stall fitting rooms. Unlike department stores, you aren't crammed into a small room with bad lighting and a little mirror, instead, each curtain-enclosed stall opens into a larger well-lit room with big mirrors so you can walk around and really see how the clothes fit. When I visited on a sunny winter day, they were having a huge sale and I left with a green work blouse; a white flowy weekend blouse, and a black strapless evening pantsuit plus a really cute hand-embroidered face mask with a filter pocket (I've been searching everywhere for one!). I cannot recommend WH enough. Go check it out and save yourself the long drive to Northpark or downtown Fort Worth! (And if you need a coffee break after the wine, walk across the street to the Flying Squirrel!)

Love this place! So many unique & snazzy pieces! And all reasonably priced for a boutiqueread more

Reena D is right. This place is a bit of chaos, particularly in the women's section. So, for the…read moreladies, this may not be a go to. However, I can review this from the viewpoint of a relatively stylish guy only shopping the mens section. First, the shoes. It always makes me laugh to look at the shoes and see "80% off" and the shoes are still $70. However, you can certainly find shoes worth paying that much for, and still leaving feeling like you got a great deal. The mens section, proper, does a great job of keeping the sizes together. Where the womens section has the organization of a Ross, the mens is more like Macy's or JCP. Likely due to simply carrying less product. In addition to marking sizes, they group brands together. They have the same great brands that they have in the regular Nordstrom stores, but at greater savings. I really like Penguin, Calvin Klein and a few others. They have all of the brands I like. I wear a shirt size on the smaller side that is usually difficult to locate. They always have my size, and offer many types of fits, including slim and athletic. I really appreciate that. The ties and accessories are hard to beat in quality and price. They have a casual clothing shopping side too, which includes brands like True Religion and Lucky Brand. However, with jeans I have noticed that they are odd sizes like 33x29 and 38x31. Still, at a drastically reduced price. I would suggest simply getting there and leisurely browsing, allowing time. You can find your size pretty quickly in the mens section. Also, sign up for Nordstrom rewards - it's free and you can get some grrat deals via text.
