The store owner, Chris, was so knowledgeable and welcoming when I called him. He gave me clear directions on how to find his store and that they could easily replace the batteries on 2 watches that we needed fixed. His prices were significantly cheaper than anyone else that quoted me, and the batteries on 2 watches were replaced in 20 minutes (at most). In addition, Chris was so generous and spent extra care to make sure that we were satisfied with the service (even taking an extra few minutes to deep clean our watches, free of charge!). I called other coin shops before going here. One wanted $8 premium on rounds and $10 on Silver Eagles -- straight ripoff. These guys were a lot more fair and resealable. I asked them their premiums up front and they told me straight up $1.50 on rounds and $3.50 to $4.50 on Silver Eagles cant remember. At the time, silver spot was around $80-$81. And change.
