Then comes with some fresh great white oyster, fresh and meaty. 99 cents is fresh but I can do without. Seared scallops seared just right very tasty. Blackened shrimp Cobb salad, shrimp is really good and salad all fresh and good portion. Maryland crab cakes is to go for, you get 2 big pieces lots of crab meat so meaty little crispy not over burned not oily at all so good with the romaine heart salad. So I like it here. The food is ok.. Some things were yummier than others (Mac n cheese, truffle fries). The crab cakes were tasty. I think the mashed potatoes were just average. The crab dip was ok.. Nice big pieces of lump crab but the heavy layer of cheese was solid and not melted at all.. My dad got a steak which he said was good. The mussels had a very brothy sauce. Pretty thin. I think that could have been more flavorful and served with something to sop it up. The lamb chops were average. I think that some of the food needed just a bit of extra seasoning.. With that being said, I would return perhaps for lunch or a happy hour. They brought around some peanut butter dessert shooters as a complimentary treat for Father's Day, so I thought that was a nice touch. It was a quaint, neighborhood feel.. We ventured out of Harford County on a rainy early evening to try out Libs after reading some great reviews on Yelp. We're so glad that we did! We were seated by a very friendly young man who took our drink orders and filled us in on the specials. Vas, our waitress was with us within minutes. Very friendly. After asking a few questions about appetizers, on the recommendation of our waitress, we went with the deviled eggs topped with crab meat. They were delicious. They only give ya three halves, but at $5 it was a perfect inexpensive start to our meal. We started off with caesar salad at $7. I expected a small salad. Nope ... big bowl! And it's one of the best I've had. We both agreed. I got the Cheesesteak Flatbread and my bf got the Seafood Flatbread. We shared, of course. Mine was fantastic, but the Seafood was better! Visiting my sister in law, and she brought us here for brunch. I had the croque Madame, and it was so delicious! Even though it was a busy Sunday morning, the staff made sure to check on us a lot. It was really nice seeing the manager walk around asking customers how their meal is, and see him help his employees bus tables or get more coffee! If I come back to visit, I will definitely be coming back here! I would totally recommend this place to anyone! :) I need to mention that they serve donuts on the house! I ordered through DoorDash after seeing such good reviews. I am sad to say they did not match my experience. I ended up ordering a few things- crap dip, MD Crab soup, Buffalo chicken tenders, and steamed shrimp. Almost all of the food lacked flavor/taste. The food was so bland it taste like maybe one shake of salt and one shake of pepper were used in the mix. Although the crab dip was full of lump meat it still had no true flavor and the same goes for the crab soup. The steamed shrimp taste like pure sea water. The meal ended up in the trash. Tried again thinking maybe the new management has improved upon the misses. The oysters were amazing!! Advertised as medium but they were large and perfectly tender. The issue was we are used to getting them first, before our meal, but our meal arrived first. When we asked about the oysters they did agree to bring those first and remake our meal but how does that get messed up? It made us feel as if we were being rushed out. Husband got the lobster roll and I got tuna tartare. The lobster roll was much better than the one I got at our last visit but still could be improved upon. I have been here twice and each time the food has been delicious and the service was exceptional. I had the lobster roll while children had the breakfast tacos and chicken & waffles (the brunch kids menu is very limited). Everyone enjoyed their food (even the picky eaters). Normally the brunch menu doesn't include Brussels sprouts, but they made an exception for me :-) I would recommend the grapefruit crush as well! The orange crush is good as well, but the grapefruit crush my system ordered was heavenly (and strong too - they sneak up on you). Also - the candied bacon is a must! read more

Enjoyed it so much, I ate there two days in a row while in town. First night I had the lamb porterhouse, so good! Perfectly cooked and seasoned to enhance the lamb flavor. I also had the edamame, but wasn't a huge fan; perhaps its just be a taste preference thing. Food wasnt bad. We ordered the Brussel sprouts to share. My wife ordered chicken breast with spinach bacon and cheese. She said it was ok. I ordered the grilled chicken salad. There was definitely too much rosemary on the chicken and it was dry. My son didnt eat anything which was a good thing because my wife and I were on our way home and had to stop and use the bathroom. We both had stomach cramps and diarrhea. Mine is worse than hers. Been in bed all day and night with diarrhea and severe cramps. I believe our food was tainted. I always enjoy going to Libs, the food & the service is usually pretty good. Yesterday, our bartender Katie was great! I ordered the steak and eggs & my friend ordered the XXL breakfast. Well, I ordered my steak medium well, but once I cut into it, I realized it was a little bloodier than I prefer. I ate a couple pieces & let my friend try it & I decided to just eat my tots & eggs. I mentioned to my friend that my steak was bloody & either the bartender Katie overheard or she noticed it for herself. While we were finishing up & enjoying our bottomless mimosa's the manager came over & asked if everything was ok. My friend & I both agreed that everything was good but the manager said I hear that your steak wasn't cooked properly & I cant have u leaving here hungry. I said thanks but it's ok. She said no I will get you another one. I was very appreciative because it was unexpected & I didnt have any plans on complaining. Well, they gave me a whole nother steak & eggs meal. She seems to go out of her way to ignore people and when you finally do get her attention she is rude and argumentative. Started out with oysters and the waiter recommended a couple for us since we are inexperience oyster eaters and what they brought us was very good and a nice variety. The waiter knew a lot. We received a free bacon snack since we weren't seated right away after making a reservation (not a big deal but a free snack was very thoughtful) and the bacon was really good. Sweet and salty. As my entree I got the Baltimore Club and it was very good. The other 2 people I was with got the Crab Cakes and the Seared Tuna. The crab cakes were very good and the Seared Tuna was pretty good. Overall it was a nice dinner and I would go back to try some more things. Oh and I highly recommend the Asian Mule for a cocktail! read more

The oysters were great as they always are, the guy that works on Friday's and Saturday's is great. The blonde bartender is miserable, she never smiles, rolls her eyes and forgets to get our check. During my visit she forgot to ring in the couples app next to us and tried to blame it on a lost ticket, but she had no clue what they actually ordered and had to ask them again. I worked in the business for almost 20 years, I'm not going to call this person out by name because she may have a family and need this job, but seriously do better. It was a Tuesday night, but we were able to walk up to the restaurant and get seated right away with no reservation. We sat outside and were able to easily be socially distant. I was compelled to leave this review this time after ordering front the takeout menu and even under the quarantine situation, the food was as phenomenal as it would've been dining in!! I found this restaurant trying to find a central location for friends and I to have brunch. I hate suggesting places to friends, that I have never visited. So I had my fingers crossed. This place surpassed my expectations. We had to wait a bit because we didn't have a reservation but we sat on the bar side and had water while we waited. The menu had lots of choices. We shared the shrimp and grits, which were OMG delicious. I had the crab and shrimp omelet which was delicious. Our food and service was so good we decided to stay for dessert. Again - delicious. WOW! Since the virus has shut everybody down we have ordered from various local restaurants. They all do a good job at something that is different for them. Most places we have ordered from are typically a sit down restaurant, and are forced to do carry out or close. Nick and Libs Grill have gone above and beyond. This is my third visit. It's a great local hangout. Lots of staff. We have buck a shuck oysters which were delicious, The horseradish sad on top of the counter which I love that way you can get just spicy horseradish with very little catch-up I was also served with mignonette which is a nice change to just cocktail sauce. We ordered the wedge salad that came with crispy bacon and blue cheese dressing and a deviled egg but the dressing was tasteless. We ordered the shrimp & grits and it was lovely. We moved here approximately a year an half ago, and the day we closed on our house that was where we went... though the atmosphere was great and the food obviously, what stuck with us the most was the staff. Noel, a jack of all trades depending the day you go in, whether it be bar tending, serving, bar tending and serving simultaneously, or managing she from day one greeted us like family. So much so that the first day we ate there on that day we moved to Perry Hall, she and the rest of the staff wrote on a napkin and hid it in our Togo bag with our leftovers well wishes and congratulations.. small things like that sit fondly in our heart and make us want to frequent this establishment. Today was my first day, and it was very nice. It was clean, everyone has mask on(COVID) my waiter(Anna) absolutely amazing service. My "Baltimore Club" sandwich and the " Just Peechy Mike" was Amaze Balls. The Brussels Sprouts were amazing as well just wished they weren't so big. But the flavor, everything!!! The pinnacle cheesecake was actually very good which I was shocked, just needed a little more crust. But other wise this is dope. Our experience was really wonderful. We ordered one entree, 2 appetizer and a side dish. The server noticed we only ordered one entree and surprised us by bringing out two plates of the entree already pre-split! We didn't even have to ask and it was already done. In addition, I ordered a meatloaf which comes with a sunny side up egg and when he brought the entree out, even though it was split in half, we each got an egg cooked to perfection! Honestly, even splitting it, the entree filled me up! All the flavors were also so on point! However, in all honesty, I give this place a 4.75 because I think the truffle fries could have been cut thinner and the tomato sauce on the meatloaf was a touch too sweet for my liking. But other than that, the food was DELICIOUS! We received so much food, we were shocked the bill was under $50! Definitely recommend the place and would go again for sure! read more
