I first came to Lib's back in May. Stopped in for drinks and dinner one night on a dare. Me and my wife tried the crab cake entree. Not your traditional Baltimore offering, but incredibly tasty and unique. Enjoyed it totally and would order it again in a heart beat. The only negative I would give is that the entree offerings are a little limited, but what they do offer is unique and delicious. The main food attraction is the oysters. Buck-a-shuck during happy hour and Sunday brunch and the oysters are always fresh and delicious. Expert presentation every time. The best part of the place is the bar and the wait staff. The drink offerings are super, great draft beer system, and over 30 brands of bourbon, rye and whiskey to choose. Danielle (Danny) is the greatest behind the bar and Tanya always personally greats everyone with her infectious smile and wonderful personality. I always feel welcome when I am there. If you are tired of the usual chain restaurant offerings and would like to experience something just a tad different, give Lib's a try. read more

Service was great, and the atmosphere is nice too. Mimosa's were good as well. Unfortunately, the shrimp and grits made me want to throw up. The chicken and waffles were decent. I'd say try a different spot for food though if they can't make delicious shrimp and grits. read more

Really good. We stopped in a few times to get a feel for the place and were pleased all around. The service was timely and friendly, the food was great. I think this place will be a hit! read more

Lib's is an awesome addition to the Maple Lawn Community. The bartenders are super engaging, Tonya and Cris in particular are all-stars! The food is delicious and the service is even better! Happy to have them in the area and have a fabulous new option to enjoy for brunch, dinner and happy hour. Try the tuna tartar, the bread pudding and the pork chop. You won't be dissapointed! Oh...and the Mediterranean Mule...yumm! read more

Meh. The bar service was more than extremely slow. Had to repeat our order three times to the waitress who was distracted. Ambiance is decent place is extremely loud. Not a lot of food choices for someone who must have gluten-free options due to celiac disease. Waitress Vas was phenomenal and the bright light of the evening if you eat here ask for Vas. Will probably give this another try considering they've only been open for a short time. read more

Ordered carry out and could not have been more pleased! Ordered online- simple! Got a text notification when order ready. Pickup was seamless. But the best part...the food! Excellent across the board. Seriously, tasty food that was perfectly cooked. Spinach salad with salmon and buffalo tenders. Loved everything about our order! read more

Our meal was great, as were our drinks, but the best thing about our experience was the great service we received from Kathlyn!

Yesterday, I had a great experience at Lib's Grill in Fulton. The atmosphere was very inviting. The food was excellent. Isabella M. was an outstanding waitress - attentive, efficient, and personable. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. You will not be disappointed. read more

Took the family on a Sunday afternoon. Was seated immediately by very friendly staff. Monkey bread made everyone happy from the 5 year old to the 40 year old. Crab cake sandwich was great. Pleasant visit from Pat the manager rounded out a really great experience. read more

This is our second visit. Our last visit about a month ago wasn't great. I gave it Two s. I received a note from the manager asking us to try again. Tonight was that visit. The Chicken Flat bread was delicious! Once again the selection of beers and oysters was very good. We shared a Wedge salad that was very tasty. Katie K., our waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu items. My wife loved the Peppermint Patty Martini. The German Chocolate Cake was very good!! We will return!! I'm glad the manager responded to my last review! read more

After dinner, my husband, cousin and I were looking for a place to grab some drinks. We found Lib's grill and decided to give it a try. We sat at the bar and was greeted by Felicia! She was so funny and so much fun! We got some mixed drinks and some beers. Service was great and the live music was really nice too! We will definitely be back! read more

Went here for brunch and it was excellent. The meal starts off with FREE donut holes that were so warm and delicious. Our server was very attentive and helpful. We got the brisket breakfast, breakfast flatbread, chicken sandwich and Baltimore club and every single item was absolutely excellent. At the end they gave us complimentary macarons. We will definitely be coming back very soon! read more

Visited Lib's yesterday (Sunday) a bit noisy due to Ravens game they moved our party of 6 to the back of a side room. My Shrimp and Grits was very good. Arnold Palmer was a bit weak. Wife's Crab Cake sandwich was fine. Wait staff was attentive. read more

Amazing experience here! Went here for the first time on a Friday night. Got a table outside immediately. Food was amazing (grilled salmon BLT and chicken sandwich), and the specialty drinks were fabulous (harvest mule I think it was called?). Our server, was Jose, was phenomenal. Checked on us just often enough. I mentioned that it was my friends birthday and when they brought the dessert we had ordered he had put a candle in it. Absolutely amazing experience, will definitely be back! read more

5 stars for the Asian Brussel Sprouts alone! Huge and delicious - possible addictive quality! Maryland crab soup was warm and tasty with an ample supply of big chunks of identifiable crabmeat! Wedge salad was large, fresh, and nicely presented. Our server was friendly and helpful - she gave us great service and always kept the drinks filled. Attractive modern decor and a nice laid-back vibe make this one of my new fave places to dine! read more

The food here is SO good!! Had take out. Truffle fries are freaking amazing. I'm looking forward to dining in once things go back to normal read more

This is an amazing place, a significant upgrade from the previous restaurants that have occupied this space. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is open and bright. But the best thing is the staff. Attentive, friendly and engaging. Tonya and Dani are a couple of my absolute favorite people, tremendous servers and do the restaurant a great service with their efforts. read more

This location has been cursed, but I think Lib's might have a chance. They have a diverse menu at reasonable price points and drink pricing that won't scare you off from having a libation or two with your dinner. Service has been a bit on the slow side in our times there, but nothing terrible. The food has always been worth the wait. The happy hour $1 oysters are a definite must. read more

This is our favorite nearby restaurant. Lib's has the best choice or oysters in the area. If you like deviled eggs, this is your place. We had dinner there with friends last night and had wonderful food and service, as usual. We had crab cakes, pork chop, steak and crab fettuccine, and all were delicious, and I highly recommend the pork chop which is brined making it plump and tasty. Our waitress, Isabella, is friendly, efficient and attentive. read more

Another great visit at Lib's! Tonya is amazing!! Always love coming here to see the staff and have some amazing drinks!

Nice atmosphere. Main complaint was that all of the food was very bland. The fish tacos were tasty but came out sitting in a sopping puddle of juice so that kind of ruined it. Brussel sprouts needed salt. Maryland club was meh. Our child ordered the cheese pizza and didn't like it. They were kind enough to switch it out for chicken tenders and they were super bland. We might give this place one more chance in the future since they did just open. Maybe they're still tweaking the menu. read more

So many restaurants have come and gone at this very location. I can definitely see Lib's Grill being around for a long time. I went twice in the last week and enjoyed my visit each time. The staff was friendly and warm. There was guitarist/vocalist on Friday night that really made for a fun night. Do yourself a favor and get the brussel sprouts. Yummy! read more

Wanted to give a big shout out to our server Felicia and Operation's Manager Nick. The evening started out a little rough, but Nick jumped in and made it more than a perfect. Please ask for Felicia as your server should you decide to try this restaurant. The food was very, very good. We live in Tampa Florida and visit the are about 6 times a year. We will be back for sure. Thanks again Nick and Felicia!!! read more

Just ordered Libs for the first time through DoorDash after checking out the reviews. We wanted to try something different and this exceeded our expectations. We had the pretzels and beer cheese, tasty but very thick, the Brussel sprouts... very good, oyster stew... lots of oysters and broth very well seasoned, fried oysters... excellent flavor and crisp and the sauce was top notch, and lastly the lobster roll... perfect size with lots of lobster and great taste. Overall pleased with the quality of food. Will definitely try again in restaurant! read more

This is was my first time at Lib's and I was delighted. The staff was so accommodating including the manager. I was so so impressed with our service especially since it was a little busy. Our table had the grilled pork chop with peach butter and crab fettuccine both were delicious. My favorite was the fried oyster appetizer. They were fresh and cooked perfectly in a homemade batter. I will definitely be back!!!! read more

I've been to the Perry Hall Lib's Grill over a dozen times. Big fan of that location. This one is larger, more open, and very comfortable. Oysters and lunch was fantastic. Service was outstanding. The manager (Pat) stopped by to say hello and I made sure to tell him the same thing. Our server (Katie K.) was professional, and very nice. Looking forward to future visits. read more

First time at Lib's. Got seated fairly quick. Server was great. However, speed was not on their side. It took over an hour to bring out a few salads. If you're on a lunch break this place might not be for you. Pricey compared to other restaurants in the neighborhood. read more

New business in a jinxed venue. No restaurant has been successful in this spot. Hopefully they'll make it. I've been twice and overall its good. The brussel sprouts are amazing!! So good, as well as the candied bacon. The drinks are heavy on the pour and are strong. Try the crushes or the grapefruit bourbon cocktail. Very good but strong. For dessert, a must have is the Peppermint Patty Martini! So good. Jeanne takes her time making this drink and puts love into it. A perfect way to end the meal!! read more

We come here on occasion and it's always been good. Today was no exception. The poutine was great, the rib-eye was cooked to perfection and the fish and chips were delicious. We took our daughter there for her birthday and ate outside on the patio. Joe, our waiter, was phenomenal. He was attentive yet didn't hover. He was knowledgeable and personable and we didn't have to ask for anything - he was on top of everything. We'll be back. read more

Nicole was the greatest bartender there ever was. Her presence will be immensely missed. Libs is the best!

The menu is modern American, with soups, snacks, appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and entrees. The difference between a snack and an appetizer? The appetizers are more formal and substantial. A snack might be Old Bay and Ranch popcorn whereas an appetizer is a pair of "street" tacos. We tried both and they were both good. The Old Bay on the popcorn avoided being overwhelming so you could still taste the popcorn flavor. The street tacos were two soft pork (carnitas) tacos and they disappeared really fast. Delicious. We also tried the crab cake and shrimp salad club sandwich which was very tasty. I'm not a big fan of shrimp salad, but it paired well with the crab cake, the shrimp giving a little more texture to a bite. The bacon in the club also blended well with the other flavors. A very good sandwich. It came with french fries which were almost, but not quite, too salty. And we tried an entree of the roasted chicken breast which was placed on top of handmade mushroom ravioli and topped with spinach and burrata (similar to fresh mozzarella) and covered in a mushroom sauce. It was juicy and the ravioli was an improvement over the spaghetti usually found in a dish like this. The service was friendly and knowledgeable and the owner came over to chat. They have an interesting special Monday nights from 10pm until closing: If you order a cocktail you get access to a breakfast buffet for free. It's intended for food industry people who don't usually work Monday or get off "early" on Mondays to come by and shmooze. It is open to anyone who wants a late night breakfast. I liked the place and would return. The prices are reasonable for the quality. The bill for three of us, drinking soft drinks came to $60. My children also thought the food was good and high quality, but their one complaint was that many of the menu items were too complicated. They liked the food they chose, but felt they didn't have a lot of choices for something simple or well known, like a regular club sandwich. read more

Love this restaurant! The food was amazing as well as our kind server Jose. It was hard to chose something to order because everything on the menu sounded so appetizing but our server helped us decide and everything was up to par. Will definitely be returning! read more

Great variety. Great prices. Great service. It's open, loud and quite enjoyable. Ot can be a bit chilly when the night is cold.

Great service, great food Met some friends here for dinner. They had a steak kebab special and both agreed the steak was tender and the kebab was very tasty. My husband and I chose off the appetizer & salad parts of the menu to make our dinner, and loved what we had. The portions are not huge but not skimpy, the food we had was well made and nicely presented. The wait staff was attentive and efficient, even on a busy evening. read more

Sooo....a few weeks ago, some friends and I were at a house gathering when the gracious hostess indulged us with a delicious spread of Deviled Eggs, Asian Fried Brussels Sprouts and Lobster Mac & Cheese. The food was soooo good that we just had to know where the food came from. The hostess mentioned that the food was ordered from a relatively new spot in Maple Lawn called Lib's Grill and that she ordered all of her takeout from there. Now, I have to admit that I've been past that spot several times but never once thought to go in and check them out. So glad she introduced us to this spot! I loved the food so much, that I was inspired to look them up online the very next day. I was impressed by their assorted menu of American fare. I immediately called my friends and suggested that we hit up the spot for Saturday brunch. So glad we did! We had a great time. The food was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. The facility was nicely decorated and clean, and the atmosphere was warm, welcoming and friendly. On our first visit, we were greeted by hostess/server Isabella who was an absolute delight to be around! Coupled with the good food, it was Isabella who made us want to come again. On our second visit the very next weekend, we were served by Andrea who was equally charming! She just had this genuinely warm and friendly vibe about her. She was very sociable, without being intrusive. We really liked her and appreciated her service as she made sure our bottomless mimosas kept coming! And who did we run into again? Isabella! And she remembered us! She came over, introduced herself, asked our names and engaged in some lively small talk. I asked her about the basket of cards inside the ladies' room that had little inspirational messages written on them. She explained that the cards were intended to lift the spirits of the patrons and brighten their day. The cards were a very bohemian detail but a fantastic idea and a niiiice touch! After a brief conversation, she gave us each a warm and friendly hug and told us that she looked forward to seeing us there again! She really made us feel special and welcomed! It was decided at that moment that Libs Grill was going to be our new weekly brunch spot! When I thought about it, all the staff members were excellent and you could just tell that they really seemed to enjoy working there. So far, I've dined in twice; and eaten take-out twice and I've never been disappointed. The place has a nice bar area with televisions so you don't miss out on the big game. Libs has a great, all-around cozy vibe. It's a terrific neighborhood dining and bar spot! Can't wait until the weather cooperates, so that they can break out their patio furniture! Good job Libs Grill of Maple Lawn! ~Signed....your new regular! read more

Felt the urge for a steak after a round for golf. Brought the wife here and we both ordered the filet w/ bourbon and peppercorn sauce. So tasty! I subbed the spinach for the whipped potatoes and it was the perfect meal. We also got the buffalo chicken tenders as an appetizer which were also well cooked. Very impressed and will be back for the same meal again soon. read more

I went to Lib's Grill with my family for my dad's birthday and our waitress, Kathlyn, was absolutely amazing! Even though the place was busy, she was able to give our table just the right amount of attention to make us feel wonderfully attended and also enough space for us to enjoy my dad turning 71! And - to top it off, she helped us take pictures at the end. And, aside from being an incredible person and professional, she pictures she took were great too. And oh yeah, the foot was amazing too! So that made things even better :) read more
