I had a lovely lunch here today. Jasmyn the waitress was lovely. The food was delicious and the outdoor seating was nice.

We had another great experience at Lib's. Our server Jasmine was very kind and attentive. We'll be back!

This was my first time visit to Lib's Grill in Fulton, MD. The food was delicious, but our waitresses Jasmine was phenomenal!!!! She was very attentive, and she waited on us hand and foot. I definitely would come back for her especially because of her excellent customer services. This world needs more kind hearted people like Jasmine!!!! read more

I had a craving for truffle fries and a quick Yelp search gave me a "hot and new" spot not far from my house. The main image was truffle fries, and the reviews and menu looked good, so the case was closed. My boyfriend was able to grab a seat at a hightop in the bar area so we could enjoy happy hour (3-7p). I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of delicious cocktails available. We went with one of their three mules, the Mediterranean, and loved it. To eat, we enjoyed the truffle fries, pretzels, steak flatbread, and fish tacos. You also get free pretzels and a honey/cinnamon butter, which was delicious. I've already texted my local friends about a pending date here soon. The hostesses were very nice, as was our server, and I think the manager even took our first drink order when we first sat down. We'll absolutely visit again for the great drinks, food, and service. read more

Great happy hour prices are great and the customer service is phenomenal . Drinks were also quite tasty

It was a good experience overall because I enjoyed the food and the pricing was very reasonable. HOWEVER, service was a little slow and the dining room was not anywhere near capacity. I also was disappointed in the fact they have an online menu and my server didn't mention it for 10+ minutes. The food came out Chick-fil-A fast though so the kitchen redeemed any service issue on the front end. I would go back for sure and consider the slip ups particular to the employee and not the establishment. read more

VERY good burgers! The Bison Burger was exceptional. Very nice staff. Can get busy but the day we went, late on Sunday was perfect. They have outdoor seating and have garage doors for walls. I'm assuming they open on nice days. Also, they have Blue Moon so I will be back! read more

Jasmine made our brunch experience A+. Quick with drinks, food was perfect (including the mods), and everything else. Made great suggestions and was super sweet. read more

Inconsistency. That's a real red flag for me. The first time I went to Lib's, I loved it. Delicious and fresh food, good service. Seriously couldn't wait to go back. Second visit: So, so disappointing. The pretzel app wasn't a pretzel as it was before, but what seemed to be microwaved leftover breadsticks. You know that wrinkling that bread crust gets when you nuke it? Yeah, it had that. The short rib poutine was an overly salty mess with no flavor other than salt. Our server was still great, though. So there's that. Part of me wants to try it again...but I'm afraid to because it's a crap shoot. Will it be great, or will it be gross? I'd rather go somewhere I *know* will make me happy every time. read more

Katie was amazing! The food was fresh and beautifully presented. Loved the Late Night Happy Hour Menu Options & the Outdoor Atmosphere. We'll definitely be back. read more

Jasmine is a superstar server. She made the evening perfect. The food and drinks were on point. But she was the tip of the spear. Love this place even more. read more

We tried the $15 lunch and all day breakfast option. My wife and I ordered the kale salad. The salad was very tasty. It was also a big salad, and we were both left satisfied. We got our drinks. The actual meal portion took a long time. It would have been nice if our server told us how much longer. We waited over 20 minutes or so for a meal to the point where my wife was saying what's going on. That being said. My wife ordered the chicken and waffles, which came with eggs. The breakfast looked and tasted amazing. The waffle was nice and fluffy. My breakfast was the Omelette with lots of bacon. Cheesy, eggy, and the eggs were warm, and the omelette came with toast, and nice, crunchy and hot tater tots. Which is a nice option. Because I'm getting tired of the home fries only option here. The reason for the 4 stars was the wait time, and our server could have been more friendly. He was just 'meh'. In fact his helper was much more friendlier. read more

My favorite brunch spot! I haven't had anything I don't love at Lib's. The Bloody Mary is one of the best I have ever tasted, and fresh dollar oysters can't be beat! The avocado toast is much more than the typical hipster food you'd expect, and the crab Benedict is indulgent and delicious. read more

I love this place for food and drinks so this review is based solely on management. I recently visited libs and was involved in a political discussion where two tables had similar views...but a close table had an opposing view which resulted in management asking us to limit our discussion. Unfortunately management inserted themselves into the situation inserted of asking questions. Again, the food is good..service sub average. Management needs more training on equity and customer relations read more

Just went for the first time. Frankly, as they've been open less than a week I was expecting something would not be perfect (service, food, whatever), but happily I was wrong on all fronts It's very good. Service was on par - greeting quickly by our waitress and food came out fast but not too fast to feel rushed. We started with the oysters, and then split the fish tacos, pork tacos and short rib poutine. Star was definitely the fish tacos. Just the right size, and light, flaky fried fish with a tasty slaw. Exactly how we like them. Pork tacos were okay, but nothing to write home about. Poutine was yummy - definitely not an "every day" dish but a generous amount of short rib and exactly the right amount of gravy. Oysters were great - we got a variety to try and each of them was delicious. Would definitely like to come back and try both the sandwiches and the entrees. The flatbreads looked great too. Please give them a try - they fill a great niche in Maple Lawn (nice enough for a date with your wife, but not too nice to bring the family). Atmosphere is warm, inviting and modern. Bar is open to the entire restaurant, and TVs make it a great place to catch a game (but not intrusive in the dining room either). Of the restaurants that have been in the space so far (I think this is the fourth?), they have definitely made the best first impression. WILL DEFINITELY RETURN! PS - Wed is half-price bottle of wine night. We didn't have any tonight, but a great option as well. read more

The restaurant is big and nicely decorated but very loud because of the high ceilings. Food is underwhelming and a mix of bar food as in appetizer: salty crab dip and really salty truffle fries drowned in oil. Dinner trying to be fancier: truffle Mac and cheese= salty, plank cedar salmon ok but 3 mini potatoes really and sauce was overly mustard tasting, short rib rigatoni good and the flatbread was also tasty. Service was ok and I really don't like getting my dinner when the appetizer plates and dishes are still there. Being handed a hot plate with the promise to get the other dishes off. No! read more

I am updating my review. The manager had contacted me to ask if I would go back to Lib's so they could improve my experience the second time around. He even sent me a $25 gift certificate which was a really nice gesture. I think Lib's has excellent service. My friend and I both ordered burgers but when his came out, it was well-done when he wanted medium rare. They offered to make him another one but he decided to keep it. The burgers were so tasty and really juicy plus my fries were cooked perfectly. When the check came, they comped his burger and brought us two chocolate chip cookies. That was such a nice surprise. I was really impressed with their level of customer service and how they strive to make the customer happy. Not every restaurant goes above and beyond like that. I am definitely going to go back because Lib's knows how to treat their customer well and I love establishments that appreciate their customers. read more

I think there's some unfortunate business practices going on here, not sure if it was our waitress or coming up the chain. We had a gathering here the other day, promptly arrived at around 5:45 PM. We asked the waitress about happy hour as online it said until 7, but she informed us that happy hour only starts late night. Additionally the menu provided in person did not have the small portion of the shrimp & grits that the online one clearly shows. Just felt like a bait & switch experience as once we were there, we weren't going to leave even though what we came for was not provided. read more

My new go-to, hands down. Menu is good (nice seafood and meat variety), love the raw bar, actual drinks bar and drinks are solid. (FYI: my fave is the Mediterranean mule!) The location of this restaurant has gone through several iterations, changing owners, changing styles... But this time I truly think the Lib's Grill team has nailed it and is here to stay. The atmosphere is always upbeat and energetic, yet relaxed. It's a nice night out without being too fancy. The only reason why it doesn't receive 5 stars is because whenever I've gone, it's been PACKED (kudos for them). However they have quite gotten their service down (including the customer check in now and then) perhaps they've been so busy? I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt that they'll figure it out soon... Still, I love this place and plan to go back time and time again! read more

Curbside pickup and online ordering were seamless and the crab cake and Caesar salad were excellent

It was my first time with my boyfriend at the Maple Lawn location and had an amazing experience. Our server Jasmyn B. was friendly and attentive. The suggestions she made was on point. I ordered the Blushing Lemonade and entree I was torn between the pan roasted chicken and crab spaghetti and she suggested pan roasted chicken so I went with her suggestion and loved it. I'll definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful first experience. read more

Restaurant week has me going to places id usually go right by. My sister told me to try Libs and since they had a restaurant week special, why not? Came for the brunch and was seated quickly. The decor was nice, a little cold so decided to sit outside. I got the 3 course special, started with the candied bacon. It was a good start, but the sugar mixed used left alot of stickness on my hands...i mean alot. I also ordered the tot casserole just of curiosity. It had alot of cheese, to the point where you didnt even notice that there was bacon or cream. Just a mouth full of cheese. I cant complain too much because honestly i just took some cheese off and still smashed it ha. My main course was shrimp and grits. Im a simple man, if i see shrimp and grits on a menu, i have to try it. It was decent, only had 2 small pieces of sausage the size of a nickle, the shrimp were really good. It came with a cream sauce that needed some more salt and so did the grits. Just added a couple shakes and i was good to go. The waiter was also really nice and didnt feel like she was hawking over us. 3.5 stars if I could actually put that on the app. read more

We got the crab cake family dinner and it was excellent. I am a picky crabcake eater and these exceeded expectations.

This was my first time every being here but We went for brunch on a Sunday and it was delicious! I ordered the BLT which is a fried egg ( or however you choose to order your egg) piles of bacon lettuce and tomato on a croissant with a side of tater tots .... and all I can say is it was mouth watering!!!! The ambiance of the restaurant was great to! They had bottomless mimosas which were also amazing! We sat at the bar but wasn't very crowded the bar tender Ciara was very friendly and the staff all around seemed great! I would definitely go again for brunch! read more

Lib's is always amazing, but this was the first time we've really dined out in over a year (thanks COVID...). Our server, Jasmine, was AMAZING. So kind and attentive. She even worked out special requests for our kids (a 3 and 5 year old, so we were "needy" at times). I would dine in again in a heartbeat just to request being in Jasmine's section!! For anyone concerned about COVID, have no fears. They literally spray/sanitize the table in front of you before you sit down and all the tables are spaced generously. We got the edamame, proscuitto and burrata, oysters, salmon, short rib grilled cheese, and the tortilla salad. All was amazing and I really feel like they don't have a bad menu item. Can't wait to dine out here again! read more

This is my new favorite local restaurant. I've been looking for a new place that has great selections, equally great food, service AND offers brunch!! Our server Vas was amazing I recommend reservations or stalk seating at the bar. It's noisy enough to bring kids and nice for a date night. I'll be back, in my Terminator Now that I've had a chance to experience brunch (a couple of times ) I must say it was delicious. David and Brandon are awesome. I can't get enough of Lib's. read more

My Mom and and I tried this over the weekend. We had reservation but it was pretty packed. Atmosphere was very inviting although the tables were a little cramped when trying to leave. Our server was very pleasant and attentive. Now in to the food. I had the shrimp and corn chowder and it was delish (wish I had a bowl right now). My mom had the oyster chowder which she liked, I tasted it and didn't care for it. For our meal I had the Baltimore Club, which was ok. My mom had the pork chop which was really good. For dessert we had the German chocolate cake which was also very tasty. So all in all it was a good dinner. I will definitely go back when I am in the area again! read more

I came back a second time and I brought family that was visiting. They really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. I'm a huge fan of the Baltimore Club and the lobster Mac, and just their diverse menu in general. I like the comfortable, clean, classic, slightly trendy vibe the place has. My parents liked it too - they liked that it wasnt very noisey. We had deserts this time - which we didn't have last time - and they were phenomenal. The berry tart with ice cream and caramel sauce was rediculously good. Showing the deserts on a tray is also a great idea. Another good experience. This is turning into one of my go to restaurants when I'm in this area. Thanks! read more

Food is always delicious. The outside seating area is pleasant and drinks are strong.

As a corporate sales manager I want to pass on my enthusiasm of having Tanya as my go to bartender of choice. She always remembers what I like and gives me better recommendations to get me on my next beer or food trend. Her passion for not only tending bar but to show the customer that she cares and to make my coworkers and myself comfortable with trying new things is an amazing atritubute that she has. I hope she gets recognized by this compliment because she truly deserves it. She is an absolutely fantastic member of the Lib's team and her wealth of knowledge about the menu and the local attractions is truly commendable and undoubtedly a reason I'll be coming back again and again. If you're in the area and you want more than good eats, but a waitress that cares as well, Tanya and the Lib's crew will make sure you're in capable hands! My husband and I stumbled into this gem one evening after ditching our kids. Food and service was spot on and we fell in love with the crab dip, pretzels and beer cheese, salmon....hell, we enjoyed every dang thing we ate. We decided then and there to have his retirement luncheon at Lib's, bringing in a gaggle of family and friends. The restaurant did not disappoint! Lib's took the worry and stress off of my shoulders once I set the menu. Food was delicious and the service was outstanding! My brother-in-law flew back to Atlanta that evening but sent me a text today talking about how delicious the food was at Lib's and how much he enjoyed the restaurant. The private room is not completely isolated from the rest of the restaurant so you will still hear and see folks in the main eating area, but that did't bother us or the other patrons a bit as we partied like Rock Stars! Thanks Isabella, Danielle, Matt, Patrick and Kristin. Lib's is our new "to go" place for great food and service. read more
