Even came out personally to check things out on a needed job. Our current weekly tech Garcia is so amazing! He's thorough. Takes his time. Is polite, respectful and just a great worker. Seriously ask for him!!!!! Today we ran into an issue with the pool pump and collectively the whole team jumped in, figured it out, got the necessary parts and fixed it the SAME DAY!!! This prompt reaction saved us thousands of dollars! The attention and love is beyond our expectations and so so very much appreciated! This is how people should care for each other! Despite the fact it was after hours (evening before the party), Rod actually spent 20 minutes with me via FaceTime to diagnose the problem, assist me with repairing a valve and priming a pump. He provided me with specific instructions and he was able to get everything working again all via FaceTime. HE DIDNT CHARGE ME ANYTHING! He was sympathetic to my time critical situation, and he genuinely wanted to be helpful. He would not accept any money despite my insistence. You just don't see this type of authentic integrity anymore. Excellent work ethic, extremely knowledgeable, quick response, and he didn't feel right charging me simply because he wasn't there in person. The FaceTime instruction was extremely educational and his thorough step-by-step guidance was spot on. He was very patient with me. Other companies said it would be $475 just to come out and take a look. This is the only company I will use for all my future pool service needs. Hard to find people like Rod these days. Contacted DJ about a spa plumbing leak. He came out within a day or two and gave me a diagnosis of…read morewhere the leak was coming from, but he needed to order the part. DJ initially kept me updated with this backordered part. Three weeks later DJ texted me saying the part would be in on Wednesday and he would be out to finish the repair on Saturday. I never heard from DJ again, completely ghosted me. I called another spa service and they came out the next day (a Thursday), diagnosed the leak (DJ's diagnosis was WRONG) and returned the following Monday and completed the repair. Would have done it on initial diagnosis, but had to get part from shop. For 3 weeks, I had a spa that was partially torn apart (I allowed this because DJ was going to return to complete repair in one week) and then wasn't even given the courtesy of telling me what was going on. I stayed home all day on the Saturday, but DJ never showed, called, or sent me a text. What I find weird is that all of our correspondence was cordial, so I'm not sure why I was just ghosted. That said, I would avoid doing business with this person.
