My husband and I are disabled and cannot get out to pick up food. We have been ordering out from Liberty and they deliver to our front door. Tonight we ordered BLT's and cannolis for dessert. So, during the height of COVID restrictions, I relied on Liberty Pizza (and others) for a lot of my meals. Liberty was just so, so good! Great pizza that you bought by the slice, HUGE delicious pasta meals with large sides-salad and garlic bread. A good varied menu. Decent price! So, now that restrictions have lifted somewhat, I've been doing a bit more home cooking but last night, was really not feeling well and was starving! So I ordered chicken wings . At a few minutes to 7:00 pm. They did not arrive at the promised 8:15 .Turns out they had the number as xxx instead of xxy -I'll blame myself. Did I not make this correction several months ago? I called the store, was told the driver delivered. By now it was closer to 9:00 pm than the 8:15 pm. Even though my knee was giving out, I stumbled through snow across the road to my neighbors house in search of my food. No such luck. It was not there! Not on the neighbors porch. The neighbor didn't see it. I had ordered through SLICE so I called in and got a refund and went to bed hungry. Too late to eat now. Today, I thought: Last night was a fluke, let's try again. Liberty always does good wings and so I tried again. Ordered the chicken wings. Thought it would be good to give the restaurant a heads up a) to remind the driver of the correct address and b) that the food was not delivered. Was told the delivery man did deliver. We just had a horrible ordeal with this restaurant. We placed a grubhub order at 3:45 PM, with receipt notification at 3:55, for delivery at 5:00. At 5:30, they claimed it was on the way. At 6:00, an hour late, they said it was delivered to the wrong address. We asked why we didn't get a text or notification from Grubhub and she explained it was contactless delivery and that the delivery guy doesn't text!!!! Contactless delivery and you just leave it on a porch and leave without any notification? No apology. At that point, we just cancelled the order. The restraint then processed the cancellation with Grubhub as "couldn't reach customer". Short story, don't order from this restaurant. If you get your food at all, it will just be left on your porch to get cold with no notification. read more

Usually this place is pretty good but tonight we ordered delivery of pizza, wings and buffalo chicken salad. Pizza was cold due to driver being 20 minutes late from an estimated 45 minutes wait. Wings that were asked to be crispy were rubbery and sitting in a pool of wing sauce in the styrofoam container. We called to ask for them to be taken off the bill, described the poor quality, and although the person on the phone was apologetic, we were refused any type of refund or compensation. Who would have thought that a real pizza place truly existed inside of a convenience store and gas station location. Well, Liberty pizza does and it does it well ! They have a special for a large cheese pie for only $7.95 all day everyday for pick up. At that price, it was worth taking a chance. I ordered the cheese pie and one dozen wings. I entered the pizza place, gas station convenience store and , to my surprise, there really is a full fledged pizza joint inside. The pizza was truly a large ( 18"?), nicely constructed with good sauce and cheese. No, it won't inspire bellows of "mama mia!" but, it was fresh, hot, good and tasty. The wings were crispy, tender and meaty. Quite good ! On the basis of the pizza alone, I would give 3 stars but due to the price and the quality of the wings, it merited an additional star. read more

Yes, I ordered a pizza from your place, around 730, one of the employees ordered a deluxe cheese pizza. I think, but when we got the pizza, it had a white sauce on it. we wanted it tomato sauce. The employee called your restaurant, to ask them what was going on. It said nothing on the menu about a white sauce, we will expect in tomato sauce. The employee said that you order new menus because apparently, the menu you have right now is Incorrect and false advertising. But you're intelligent employee said there's nothing she can do about it. it was our fault that you had an imbecile make your menus. Only $7.95 for a Large Cheese if you pick up. The staff is the best as well. Always nice and they always take great care of you.
