I have been hearing great things about Lakeshore pizza I wanted to give it a try. We did carry-out and when I asked my husband how service was he said they just wanted to get me in and out. That they seemed really busy. I got that too from when I called to order, whoever took my order seemed very rushed so I'm sure the place is crazy busy especially on a Friday night. I cannot say enough good things about this place. First off, the pizza is bomb! Its perfect. Not too thick not too thin. The wings are great too. Big but not too big which we don't like. We got medium and it was so flavorful with just the right amount of heat. No order of ours is complete without the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies which needs no explaining. Just get some. I work late and usually always place my order close to closing time which I hate doing but the owner and his staff are always so gracious and friendly which is refreshing in today's world. 1st time ordering (free delivery) We ordered a large pie, 1/2 mushroom. $13.75+ And 6 boneless wings "hot". $6.99 Bottom line: Person taking my order over the phone was very pleasant and accommodating, no rushing. Repeated my ordered back to me, she confirmed the total cost and I paid over the phone and promised a "45 minute wait". Arrived early and the delivery person was very nice. As others have stated, the pizza was excellent and we couldn't agree more. Thin, firm but not crusty with ample mushrooms. The wings were also delicious and "hot" as ordered. Very good flavor. We've tried lots of pizza places since moving here a couple of years and this place is a gem. The price is better than most as is their pie. Had to give 5 stars because I couldn't knock one single thing. This could easily become our go to pizza place. Well done Lakeshore. Highly recommended. read more

I just moved to the Cicero area and have tried a few places for pizza and wings. So far, everything has been just okay, so I was beyond happy when I found Lakeshore Pizza. Their chicken wings are hands down, the best in the area. They give you the biggest, juiciest, wings cooked to perfection with plenty of sauce. See the pictures attached. The pizza- we got a large pepperoni, I really enjoyed it, had a good crust and amount of sauce,only complaint would be maybeee slightly too might cheese because as it got cold it got a little oily. Not bad though, again still very good and would order again. We also got garlic knots, they were perfectly crusty on the outside and doughy on the inside with plenty of garlic sauce slathered over them. Had them deliver- very fast and courteous driver. So we have had pizza here before in the past. It's been a long time. My daughter asked if we could order pizza for dinner tonight. She said Lakeshore pizza because it's really good. So I placed an order and went to go pick it up. There was a little mix up with the type of pizza. Without any hesitation at all, the owner said I'm so sorry let me make you new ones and he gave us our new order for free! Now I don't know about you, but that is some amazing customer service! Nearest pizza place to me and I called in an order for pickup. A gentleman said it would take about 30 minutes. After sending my sister to pick it up, they said they never received the order. I called again and spoke with the person I was on the phone with prior call, said "it wasn't me" and they didnt know what I was talking about. I worked as a manager for a dominos pizza and let me just say, this place is so unprofessional. I will not be ordering from here again to avoid my time being wasted. read more

Take it from an admitted Pizza Snob from Long Island - this pizza is amazing! Vinnie and the guys make their pizza the perfect thickness with the perfect sauce-to-cheese-and-toppings ratio. Every pizza we order from them is perfect. I love their wings - they make them perfectly with just a hint of crisp and at whatever spice level you want them (I'm a bbq fan and their sauce is great).
