Please do not make the same mistake we did by hiring this company. They offer very expensive…read moreservices and are not able to deliver. They did NOT get rid of our BB issue - we had multiple sightings of live bugs after thermal heat treatment was performed in our apt. They did not offer to retreat the unit or refund us. Instead, they basically took the payment (expensive!) and left us with bugs. Essentially, they robbed us. Unfortunately, we did not heed the red flags of no online customer reviews or legitimate company address posted on their website and went with them based on their sales pitch and out of desperation to solve our problem. Huge regret and hope that no one else makes the mistake of hiring this firm to eradicate their pest control needs. There are other companies out there that will include proper follow-up measures, perform the function and services effectively, and be worth the hefty payment. This company should not be trusted or used. They're not just bad but they're ineffective.

Let me save you from being scammed by the shadiest exterminator I've ever encountered. This…read morebusiness flat out stole $300 from me and then secretly took off without providing any service. The technician who came to my home taped my front door open with sticky pads as if he was coming right back, then peaced out and blocked my number. The coordinator, Stephanie, blocked my number as well, the second she received payment (then later unblocked it after realizing that iphones display texts in green when someone has blocked you.) Zero pest removal was done. I had to file a fraud report with Thumbtack since that's where I originally hired this company -- they are in the process of banning them from operating there. You see, this does not come down to a "they said, she said" case. I had home cameras operating throughout the entire 10-minute "visit" before the technician took off without a word. Before doing so, he trashed my living room, scratched my walls, and pulled off paint by carelessly throwing sticky pads all over. I thought this would be a simple extermination job. There was nothing daunting or unclean about my home that could have caused the technician to bolt without saying a word. The business has taken zero accountability. Given that theft and property damage have occurred with ample video evidence, I've decided to file a police report and take legal action. Wish I would have read the reviews from others here first, as I can see that property damage is a pattern with these guys. Update: After posting an honest review of my experience with this business on Thumbtack, the business retaliated by publishing a public reply that threatened to sue me over my review and posted my full name, address, and personal phone number. It was immediately taken down by Thumbtack. Thumbtack has sanctioned Wardoff & Son for their unprofessional conduct and issued a full refund after reviewing all of the video footage I provided along with the supporting documentation. Please be aware, if you have a negative experience with this business and take the time to share a straightforward review, they may retaliate by threatening you and posting your address and other personal contact information on their page.

Buyer Beware: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND TOOK MY MONEY. Do not pay this company upfront. Once they…read morehad my money, all communication stopped. My experience with Wardoff and Sons Pest was beyond unacceptable and, in my opinion, felt outright scam-like. They caught one squirrel, then demanded full payment upfront for a second trap. That second trap was never properly set up, and the service I paid for was never delivered at all. When I contacted them, they promised--three times--that someone would return to fix it. No one showed up. After repeated attempts to get them to either do the work I had already fully paid for or provide a refund, they stopped responding entirely. No resolution. No refund. No explanation. Demanding full payment in advance, failing to perform the service, making repeated promises they never intended to keep, and then cutting off communication is exactly what customers warn each other about. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General's office, and I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to protect themselves and choose a business that actually stands behind its work.

There was a huge wasp or hornet's nest, I'm not sure which, dangling by what seemed to be a thread,…read moreright in front of my home. It was a pretty big nest, shaped like a strawberry. I wanted it removed immediately, but the first 3 or 4 companies I called either didn't answer, or they wanted way too much money, or they couldn't come out untill the next day....or several days. And then I called Terminator The Exterminator. Jeff, the owner answered and after asking me a few questions, said he'd be over in about an hour. And an hour later, there he was, ready to go to work. He thoroughly destroyed the nest, and even removed it from my property. He was a ruthless bug assassin. And what's more, he was friendly, professional, and charged me a very fair price. At my request he checked my property for any additional nests, and he even followed up the next day by calling me, and making sure everything was allright. Jeff will now be first on my list should I ever need a bug terminator. https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100082915055640

My wife asked if I could help her safely remove it and set it free. As we were trying to release this little mouse from it's sticky trap, an A to Z worker happened to show up. I had such misconceptions about pest control services and thought they believed all pests must die. We actually thought the person that showed up was going to be upset with us. He arrived right after we freed the little mouse from the trap using hand sanitizer but we had concerns it was injured in the process . This guy took over care of the little creature, checked all its limbs, assured it was going to to do ok, placed it comfortably in its truck and fed it peanut for strength. Mind blown. He informed us that they do their best to free any trapped animal safely back to nature. I wish I knew the name of this guy but it was just a wonderful to see a "pest control' person handle this little baby mouse with so much compassion. Heart warming during this difficult time. Thank you so much mouse whisperer guy.
