I was freaked out, it was late at night, I can't give ticks as party favors!! I called Viking as a brand new customer and explained my dilemma. Less than 12 hours after hubbies attack our yard was being treated by technician Danny (photo incase I got name wrong) I'm extremely happy with the yard plan I purchased and I was told 1st treatment won't be 100% I can honestly say no one complained (I asked lol) tick fee and didn't need to light torches for mosquitoes!! I had told him that I was shopping some prices and asked if he was willing to match a price I found. He said he was not able to which is fine but then he blocked me on facebook. When reaching out to his business to follow up, his assistant Kerri told me they were "overbooked and going to have to pass" when the night before the owner told us he could be here today. I understand the willingness not to negotiate a price but the pettiness being received by a professional company and owner is unfathomable. Please take your business elsewhere and pay a little more if you have to because dealing with the owner, his assistant and his business was like dealing with a child.

I chose this one because they are quick to respond, they came to the house within hours, and they went above and beyond my expectations! Chris explained what he was going to do. He clearly explained his strategy and is very knowledgeable. The company is family owned and operated. They follow up via text message diligently. They show up on time and extremely professional. Most importantly , they know what they are doing and do it well!! It has been three weeks since Chris started to tackle the problem. He has been to the house at least four times to follow up/ treatments. He said icy could take up to eight weeks, but I was there today and saw no sign of life at all!!! I went there right after they left the property and found frass on a window sill inside the house. This was not on the report. I asked for them to go back and check the window sill. The rude lady on the phone (the inspector wife) told me that it was most likely fine and didn't need them to go back to check. I insisted and got an appointment for them to go back and check what was missed. Today, my agent told me that they called the seller's agent and they had a nasty attitude. And told the agent to tell me that they went to the property without actually going. This company is not trustworthy. Take your business elsewhere. Ps: They also missed a mud dubber next on the exterior of that window. Edit: gaslighting is the opposite of honesty.

Let me just say - the other service came out TWICE and did nothing but lay bait stations. I asked if they would search for and seal up holes to stop the mice for getting in and out and they told me they didn't find any holes. Ok. After having them come out twice and still not seeing any results, over a period of 5 months - I came across this place. A nice and very knowledgeable man by the name of Kevin came out to inspect my house. He then spent the next hour and a half THOROUGHLY searching and sealing possible entries and exits for critters. He educated me and my husband on what to look out for, and asked questions so he could understand exactly how the mice were traveling in our home. That was in January. It is now the end of April and we haven't seen any mice or evidence of them since! I am finally able to move freely in my house again without worrying about those nasty pests running across my path.
