I had told him that I was shopping some prices and asked if he was willing to match a price I found. He said he was not able to which is fine but then he blocked me on facebook. When reaching out to his business to follow up, his assistant Kerri told me they were "overbooked and going to have to pass" when the night before the owner told us he could be here today. I understand the willingness not to negotiate a price but the pettiness being received by a professional company and owner is unfathomable. Please take your business elsewhere and pay a little more if you have to because dealing with the owner, his assistant and his business was like dealing with a child.

I chose this one because they are quick to respond, they came to the house within hours, and they went above and beyond my expectations! Chris explained what he was going to do. He clearly explained his strategy and is very knowledgeable. The company is family owned and operated. They follow up via text message diligently. They show up on time and extremely professional. Most importantly , they know what they are doing and do it well!! It has been three weeks since Chris started to tackle the problem. He has been to the house at least four times to follow up/ treatments. He said icy could take up to eight weeks, but I was there today and saw no sign of life at all!!! Now he is telling me I only had a 30 day warranty so it would be over $400 for him to come out again-clearly nothing he did helped at all so I don't understand if what he did a month and a half ago clearly did not work. Why would I pay him more money to come out and do the same thing? After spending all that money, we are left dealing with the situation on our own, I cannot recommend this business
