I went there right after they left the property and found frass on a window sill inside the house. This was not on the report. I asked for them to go back and check the window sill. The rude lady on the phone (the inspector wife) told me that it was most likely fine and didn't need them to go back to check. I insisted and got an appointment for them to go back and check what was missed. Today, my agent told me that they called the seller's agent and they had a nasty attitude. And told the agent to tell me that they went to the property without actually going. This company is not trustworthy. Take your business elsewhere. Ps: They also missed a mud dubber next on the exterior of that window. Edit: gaslighting is the opposite of honesty.

In both cases, Dan and Justin took exceptional measures to diagnose what was happening, including cameras and inspections in hard to reach areas. True to their humane commitment, they used nothing but live traps and made multiple trips to ensure the animals were removed safely, even the carpenter bees! I am happy to report that I now live with neither flying squirrels nor carpenter bees, and the diligence of what they done may have even sealed the house from a stink bug problem I was also dealing with. A quick Google search and Yelp search rendered that Prodigy Pest Solutions was the way forward. Unfortunately for me, this discovery of mine occurred on the evening of July 3rd, so it took me a while to get someone out to take care of it, but Prodigy came as quick as they could. They also said that bald-faced hornets were some of the more aggressive hornets out there, so to be careful around them. Given everything, it was a terrific service. Decent value for what they do. Killed all the hornets. Said they'd sort it out if they didn't. I'd happily use Prodigy again!
