I went there right after they left the property and found frass on a window sill inside the house. This was not on the report. I asked for them to go back and check the window sill. The rude lady on the phone (the inspector wife) told me that it was most likely fine and didn't need them to go back to check. I insisted and got an appointment for them to go back and check what was missed. Today, my agent told me that they called the seller's agent and they had a nasty attitude. And told the agent to tell me that they went to the property without actually going. This company is not trustworthy. Take your business elsewhere. Ps: They also missed a mud dubber next on the exterior of that window. Edit: gaslighting is the opposite of honesty.

I have now worked with Dan and Justin on 2 different infestations since buying my fixer-upper…read morehouse. The first was a flying squirrel invasion in my attic. The second were carpenter bees burrowing into exposed wood on the exterior. In both cases, Dan and Justin took exceptional measures to diagnose what was happening, including cameras and inspections in hard to reach areas. True to their humane commitment, they used nothing but live traps and made multiple trips to ensure the animals were removed safely, even the carpenter bees! I am happy to report that I now live with neither flying squirrels nor carpenter bees, and the diligence of what they done may have even sealed the house from a stink bug problem I was also dealing with. Thank you, Conscious Critters!

I chose this one because they are quick to respond, they came to the house within hours, and they went above and beyond my expectations! Chris explained what he was going to do. He clearly explained his strategy and is very knowledgeable. The company is family owned and operated. They follow up via text message diligently. They show up on time and extremely professional. Most importantly , they know what they are doing and do it well!! It has been three weeks since Chris started to tackle the problem. He has been to the house at least four times to follow up/ treatments. He said icy could take up to eight weeks, but I was there today and saw no sign of life at all!!! Tonight he came and removed a HUGE hornet nest that was outside of a second story window. They are not overpriced, and worth every penny!!! Stop reading this and reach out to them NOW!!!

Now he is telling me I only had a 30 day warranty so it would be over $400 for him to come out again-clearly nothing he did helped at all so I don't understand if what he did a month and a half ago clearly did not work. Why would I pay him more money to come out and do the same thing? After spending all that money, we are left dealing with the situation on our own, I cannot recommend this business
