It was a very traumatic experience for me considering I am a very clean person and have NO debris in my backyard whatsoever. I keep my property very clean. The issue seemed to have come out of nowhere. Quite frankly, I might not have known they were there had they not "broken into" my enclosed porch area and started to store half eaten food from my neighbor's trash under my cushions! Around the same time, all of my dogs started with a raging case of fleas. They also started to act strange when let out into the yard. I think it was all connected and perhaps the flea infestation in the yard was from the rats. It was a very stressful time. I needed help asap. I asked around and found out about Jamie. A quick Google search and Yelp search rendered that Prodigy Pest Solutions was the way forward. Unfortunately for me, this discovery of mine occurred on the evening of July 3rd, so it took me a while to get someone out to take care of it, but Prodigy came as quick as they could. They also said that bald-faced hornets were some of the more aggressive hornets out there, so to be careful around them. Given everything, it was a terrific service. Decent value for what they do. Killed all the hornets. Said they'd sort it out if they didn't. I'd happily use Prodigy again!
