I went there right after they left the property and found frass on a window sill inside the house. This was not on the report. I asked for them to go back and check the window sill. The rude lady on the phone (the inspector wife) told me that it was most likely fine and didn't need them to go back to check. I insisted and got an appointment for them to go back and check what was missed. Today, my agent told me that they called the seller's agent and they had a nasty attitude. And told the agent to tell me that they went to the property without actually going. This company is not trustworthy. Take your business elsewhere. Ps: They also missed a mud dubber next on the exterior of that window. Edit: gaslighting is the opposite of honesty.

It was a very traumatic experience for me considering I am a very clean person and have NO debris in my backyard whatsoever. I keep my property very clean. The issue seemed to have come out of nowhere. Quite frankly, I might not have known they were there had they not "broken into" my enclosed porch area and started to store half eaten food from my neighbor's trash under my cushions! Around the same time, all of my dogs started with a raging case of fleas. They also started to act strange when let out into the yard.
