We had some animal "squatters" living in the ceiling of our carport at the shore. We were unsure of…read morewhat type of animal we were dealing with but when I contacted Ross Environmental they went in full force to humanely evict anything that was up there. The traps were set and baited every day , except weekend because there is anyone to check them. They were checked daily and either rebaited, if needed, or took the animal to be released 10 miles away. At first they caught 2 raccoons and we thought we were done so they sealed up the opening. Apparently, there were squirrels up there too! The squirrels now chewed at the pilings of the car port to gain entry. Ross switched gears and went into squirrel capturing. It was not an easy task as we had a neighbor that was constantly disturbing the traps and releasing the squirrels. Ross worked diligently to bait, capture and release even with this neighbor! All in all, they caught 2 raccoons and 8 squirrels! This week they came back and pulled out the nest, sanitized the area and closed up the new opening. They also removed 2 more squirrels. This was a much longer process than we anticipated but Ross was diligent, patient and cooperative to work with. We had several techs come and I received an email update every day. One tech in particular, Emily, went above and beyond to help us deal with the animals and the neighbor. She was amazing and is such an asset to the company. I would highly recommend recommend Ross Environmental and would definitely use them again!

I went there right after they left the property and found frass on a window sill inside the house. This was not on the report. I asked for them to go back and check the window sill. The rude lady on the phone (the inspector wife) told me that it was most likely fine and didn't need them to go back to check. I insisted and got an appointment for them to go back and check what was missed. Today, my agent told me that they called the seller's agent and they had a nasty attitude. And told the agent to tell me that they went to the property without actually going. This company is not trustworthy. Take your business elsewhere. Ps: They also missed a mud dubber next on the exterior of that window. Edit: gaslighting is the opposite of honesty.

Mike was very pleasant and explained that spaying for carpenter bees was weather dependent. Temperatures have to be above 60 and there needs to be low wind. Mike explained the types of chemicals he used and addressed all my questions. He was able to come out and treat in less than a week. Mike explained the lifecycle of the moth and indicated that the dogfood and birdseed in the garage would draw moths in there. It's been more than a week and no moths, no carpenter bees.
